Outstanding Team at Eljanah: Abdul, Sanjitn & Ned I want to give a huge shoutout to Abdul, Sanjitn, and Ned-three incredible workers at Eljanah who make every visit/experience so much better. They're the heart of this place and deserve all the recognition: All of them are Thoughtful & Reliable Abdul is consistently attentive, calm, and thorough. Whether he's helping, explaining details, or following up on tasks, he takes real pride in doing things right. He's polite, remembers regulars, and goes out of his way to make sure nothing is missed—you can always count on him. :

We love our local El Jannah! The staff are always lovely but last night was something else. Islam, an employee of the El Jannah Preston store was exceptional; listened carefully to the order and served us with a smile on his face. He was confident, polite and an absolute gem of an employee. What a great representative of your business! 😃

I have been a loyal customer of Al Jannah for a long time, but after today’s experience, I’ve completely lost trust in this restaurant. The loyalty program is simply not trustworthy. Every time you make a purchase, they scan your membership so that after five purchases you should receive a discount on the next order. I have completed well over ten purchases, which means I should have received the reward twice, yet I never got a single discount. I contacted them hoping they would fix the issue, but nothing was ever resolved. Today at the Preston branch, things got even worse. While I was handing my iPhone to the cashier so they could scan my membership, my phone was dropped and the screen cracked. To make matters worse, they accepted my cash payment without even scanning my loyalty account, so yet another purchase wasn’t recorded. There was no real apology or effort to make things right. When I got home and opened my order, I also discovered that part of my chicken order was missing. After everything that happened, this was the final disappointment. The customer service at the Preston branch is extremely poor. Between the broken loyalty system, the lack of accountability, and incomplete orders, this has been one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Went here with my friend today and we both got a crispy chicken burger and chips. My friend also ordered some creamy gravy which costed $4 but they completely forgot it. This made my friend very angry. Apart from that pretty nice workers and food is solid.

Customer service was rouch and not the best. The food was pretty good but the portion was pretty small and the price is literaly just decent. I liked the aioli, it had a really nice garlic flavour Tasted different ones from supermarkets and this one was uniqe
