Flappy's lives up to the hype with bold Cajun flavors and standout sauces that easily beat similar chains. The bread is surprisingly fantastic fresh, soft, and a major highlight that elevates the whole meal. However, the portions are small for an 8-L piece order, and it's pricier than KFC despite the great service.

First time trying Flappys, food was absolutely delicious and quick to come out. Service was amazing and the eating area was presented well with alot of seating available and very clean. The chicken here is amazing we tried both standard and spicy I definitely recommend go spicy as it's not too hot but the flavour is so much better with the extra spices and paprika. Definitely a must to try and in a great location with so many other great food outlets and kids play area.

The chicken was dripping with oil, making every bite feel heavy and unappetizing. The excess grease really detracted from the overall flavor and texture. It was quite a messy and unpleasant experience. The only consolation was the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service.

Great crunchy fried chicken. Generous serving of sides. Constant stream of customers and the food proves why. Easy parking which is free for 3 hours. Highly recommend when you're craving fried chicken, Brioche bread and some fries!

I visited your EC location on the 15/4 and it was honestly a shocking experience. I waited 25 minutes for my online order and noticed people who came in and ordered after me received their orders first. I approached the worker and asked where my food was, it had been sitting in the back the whole time and no one called out my name. I asked why my name wasn’t called out and she told me that with online orders you have to tell them that you are there which is ridiculous. It’s really no different from an online vs in store order. I also kept checking the app and all it said was preparing, it didn’t even say it was ready. I got no apology for it either. Not to mention the food was disgusting. The chicken tenders were pink so I refused to eat it. I also asked for extra salt on my chips and didn’t get that either - half were unsalted and disgusting. Literally the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Terrible service, food and wait times
