Saphira is an AMAZING worker!! She made our night. We went back to tell them our order was wrong and she gave us all she could to make up for it. Saphira you’re the best !!! Thank you so much.

I thought my night was over when my local El Jannah had forgotten my order :( They immediately handled it by offering me compensation that went ABOVE what I'm normally used to in hospitality. I applaud the team today for handling the situation as you guys did. You've saved a loyal customer.

After coming from a long shift tired ready for some food. I came to get a half chicken meal and it was amazing chicken on point and service from the workers. Came between 8:30-9. Could not write review on time but wrote it after I left to go pick up my daughter from the dancing class. Keep up the great work

I would like to acknowledge the amazing experience I had today, the chicken was charred perfectly with the heat and taste perfect. This reminded me of the past how Granville showed us this comforting and taste savouring food. I would like to thank the charcoal cook as well as the managers who was a girl with glasses he helped me get my food on time and was amazing. Evrn though I com during the rash the service was amazing.

Had a great experience at El Jannah Marsden Park. The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. A special thank you to Elena, who provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about the customers' experience. Elena's positive attitude really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
