I stood at the cashier for a good 7 minutes. I wanna to believe that they are all busy. Not one staff acknowledged my presence or have the courtesy to say “ one minute “, or “ I’ll be with you shortly “. They just ignored the customer. I understand they have along shift along day ahead and it’s good to make work fun. They were talking loudly in the food preparation area, laughing, joking while ignoring the customer. I wonder if the management of KAFFE& TOAST place any importance to customer service ???? U sell staple food typical Singapore breakfast the food will sell themselves. No hard selling required. How blessed. And customer service no need to exist. LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS. MORE POOR RATINGS THAN GOOD. And the management says BUT WHAT THE HECK RIGHT. WE MAKING MONEY!!!!!!

Went there for breakfast. The eggs were a little cold and even though there weren't many people there, it took quite some time for them to prepare the toasts. Limited seating and al-fresco type dining.

First time trying out this shop by ordering through delivery (Grab). However, it was a 100% disappointment. Here are the items that I have ordered. 1. Chicken Boat Noodle - The noodle was very hard. Even after I put it into the soup, it still hard to get separated. It feels like I just throw a stone into a pod and try to eat it. TBH, I don't have such experience when order noodle item from other similar shop. 2. Kaya Butter Toast - I'm not sure if my definition of bread toast is different from this shop. Most of the shop (or maybe all the shops) will toast the bread to be crispy (That's why it called "toast") right? What I received is normal bread with kaya butter. They should rename this item as "Kaya Butter Bread". In the end, it feels like I've ordered a breakfast joke to myself. I'm done with this shop. Will not coming back. It's up to you guys whether want to try it or not. I guess everyone will have different experiences. Take the risk if you are ordering from them. I'm done. KThxBye.

29th December 2022 The outlet close at 9.30pm, at 8.45pm the staff told me, we close and continue what they are doing. This is really ridiculous. So disappointed.

Ordered a beef boat noodle, delivered without soup and meat, cutlery as well even if you indicate in your order. Went back and check on the review, most of them are with missing item. disappointed how the restaurant mishandle customer order. Expect your order in-completed when order delivery.

Tea very very nicely done at my visit today. Strong tea - perfect color! There are just a few tables and chairs setup very closely to one another. When crowded, it is loud like being in a school canteen. A very enthusiastic cleaning staff will interrupt and distract you from your conversation. Indirectly feel like we are being rushed. Eggs were not fresh, judging from how "broken up" it is. Fresh eggs that are soft boiled will "hold" and will be soft and runny. Good portion of butter kaya toast as compared to another bigger brand eggs and toast place. Go elsewhere if you would like to eat anything else besides the eggs and toast.

Not crowded at 11am on a saturday morning. $5.80 for set A with iced yuan yang. Drink was ok. Their soft boiled egg yolks were so beautiful and orange. Will visit again.

Unceremoniously thrown together beef tendon and brisket bowl, with tough unseasoned meat. Noodles came in one giant lump leaving some parts undercooked, we had to loosen it ourselves upon receiving the bowl. Not much else to say, stick to their breakfast and other items

Thankful to the elderly waitress who's helpful & kind. She offers to remove my empty plate & clean up my table. Im pleased to see her kind & gentle face. I'm glad to see the mgt willing to offer the older folks some jobs here. That's great to see kinder bosses.

The front line staff are generally jovial and friendly. There was an old lady in her late 70s in the Tampines outlet mall. Extremely service oriented and passionate. She even offered me tissue paper after my meal! This is a true blue F&B professional! Salute 🫡

Food was good and served timely. But because it was wide open concept, it can get abit hot as you don't really feel the aircon. Seating are not exactly comfortable. I guess the aim is for you to finish your food and leave so that the next patron can come in.

Is not a nice place to have breakfast on weekend as the staffs are busy preparing for takeaways. They focus so much on takeaway rather than walk in customers. So please, if you have lots of time to spare, go ahead and prepare to wait for 20 mins or more a simple bowl of mee Siam or mee rebus.

Small cafe situated just outside in between century Square and tampines mall. Food was not bad especially the Thai beef noodles. Love the coffee too.
