Ordered 2 spring chicken, both were overcooked, tough and dry. Serving of fries and coleslaw sides were small. Not likely to purchase again from this outlet. However, I have had better chicken from their other outlets, so may be a QC issue

Very bad serving of the portion of before i bought chicken rice the portion is like they are feeding a cat!! Hello we paid for those okay! Also i rdered mushroom soup i bought today and the portion was so unacceptable and 1 is for 3dlrs and i bought x3!! Please be reasonable okay for the portion and what we paid for!! We are not gwtting it for free!!

Actually I don't want to give star at all, because One of the crew there are rude to helpers who ordered food, but when it comes to locals he keep on smiling and serve them. But with helpers he had a black face and looks like don't want to serve u at all, then blame u as if u have given them wrong orders and don't talk nicely. Better quit if he duwan his job

Ordered chicken cutlet with aglio olio. Noodle tasted nothing like aglio olio. The chicken is dry with no sauce available. Never again

The best chicken rice since 2008 when i started eating at this shop and back then was cheap now is slightly up but same great taste!!

I order this chicken chop. The black pepper gravy was nice, the chicken is tender, the coleslaw is ok. The only downside is the bread & fries. Bread is kinda soggy & the fries is fried way too long. It’s cold & unappetizing.

Food quality was quite disappointing..We ordered a fish n chips. Only one piece of fish wrapped with thick thick flour + thick toast+ fries were given. Personally don't think this is value for money. And everything looked like being over fried and all in dark brown. It was First time and also last time to try this outlet....

Ordered my foods today around 2.55pm. Last time used to be regular customer here. But today their service very poor. I had ordered 5 items but was given 4 items. No customer but can forgot 1 item?? No receipt given also. Even after 2nd time asking about my food that they forgot to make. Poor service.
