Waited almost half an hour for takeaway orders, which is fine if the restaurant was extremely crowded. But it’s simply because the staff forgot to print out the order. When asked about the food, the rude staff (see pic) used vulgarities in front of us. Please educate your staff to better serve your customers

The person who served me was so rude. I told the service staff, one number 13, he pointed to the menu and said which picture. Aren’t they supposed to know? If they do not want to memorise which number is for which food, they should not have put numbers then on the menu. But that’s not the point. As I pointed I said, change to rice (I ordered teriyaki chicken chop) . After seeing that he had entered the order in I said, add 1 garlic bread as I have experienced them forgetting it. He then rudely said, you never say in one time, you got add anymore? Like that tomorrow lah! After when I was waiting for my food, I overhead him speaking in Chinese,你还以为我是在这里打工的啊？我是这里的老板。I was so shocked when I heard this as I cannot believe that a boss of a Tenderbest outlet does not have basic respect to customers. I see why this outlet has such “outstanding reviews” This incident happened on 01/12/25 between 2.55pm to 3.05pm

Pricey but really good chicken chop rice. Carbonara good too (mushroom more than chicken cube, or go for chicken chop). Aglio olio not great though

Worst fried chicken, dry not crispy. Fries same dry and not crispy. Got for takeaway, just left my food there for 20mins without sounding the buzzer. Got home 1 bite, threw the whole thing away.
