Very bad services,in picture mushroom soup with garlic bread ...but they served without bread,even I'm asking then staff said dnt blhave the bread...if like Thad change to picture lah...not worte for they charge the price and please considered customer because we are pay with our money not with free

This is what they served me after the staff forgot my order(payment already made). They just threw some fries into the fryer for about a minute and then gave it to me. No apologies and not even a hint of guilt. The fries are softer than mash potatoes. Pls ignore the 1 star rating. I'm actually giving them 0 stars.

I ordered 3x bbq wings ( per piece ) 3x fried wings ( per piece ) 1x fried spring chicken. But missing item 3x bbq wings ( per piece ) Total cash i've been paid $25.70 cents. Really disappointed with the tenderbest service.

I ordered 3 spring chicken with fries. I ask the girl at the counter to combine n give me the fries separately as it will become soggy if put together with the chicken because I had bad experience before. The girl at the counter doesn't seem to be happy of my request. Looks agitated. When I repeated my request thinking she might not have heard me clearly as I'm wearing. She didn't even acknowledge. Hope that she's more polite the next time I come here.

Made a takeaway order and took it home only to find ALL the orders with the SAME missing items. I had already reminded clearly what i wanted in my order. Felt like pettiness had made them decide to "misplace" my food because i had made additional requests to my order. I would have willingly paid additional to get my order right. They didnt need to purposely not include the food instead. Disappointing. Just go to the KFC 2 mins walk away instead. Right by the 7-11, cant miss it.

This is the thinnest slice of fish I've ever eaten...... how did they know I was on a diet. Not only was the fish thin, it was tasteless to boot. The only thing that's good on my plate is the toasted bun. That's done to absolute perfection.

All black face staff. Serving portions are ok as long as you don't 'hiam' too much. Price is the same across all tenderbest. Won't buy unless kids have craving. Honestly each to his own but everyone says is inflation and for this price i rather eat McD everyday lol

Ordered creamy pasta and ask for extra parmesan/mozzarella cheese but was told their pasta has no cheese add. To my surprised the stallholder said that their whole outlet does not provide cheese in the pasta. But it was different when I dine in at the teck whye outlet. Was given extra parmesan cheese without hesitation. I believe it is up to individual preference if they do not want any in their pasta. But which western stall sell pasta without parmesan/mozzarella cheese???????

The malay cashier at the front greeted me with a smile! vvv friendly. the food is good is golden brown and fries was good too. though the packaging for coselaw can be improved. the meal is good. thank u!!
