Requested for more gravy, came out to be so watery, taste was all affected. Talked to the staff, not much response during order taking. Sigh.

Today about 12.30pm , 11 July ‘26 bought 2 rice with fried chicken wing takeaway. Rice was half cooked! I can’t eat half cooked rice with feeling the crunchy undercooked rice! Step up on your SOP!

Was standing at the counter for abour 10 mins on a sunday, unstd that online orders kept coming in , and only 1 person manning the store, everything by himself, did not make noise or disturb him. But he kept looking at and taking online orders that coming in, ignoring me totally standing infront of of the counter. Is either staff issue or company issue, just 1 person manning the store on a Sunday evening. Should at least advise me or acknowledged me since he kept looking n taking online orders whenever the order machine beep. First time encountered this situation, the others staff is ok. Pissed. Might as well just do online order n close the stall.

Went down to the outlet to order food on 11th Aug 2025 at around 1.50pm. There is one Malaysian guy at counter telling me, dun have(3 times) and ask me to go away. I looked at the stall, the light was switched on. Super attitude and disappointed. Why he cannot say nicely to his customer?

The Chinese guy staff at Tenderbest Yishun has a serious attitude problem. He’s always rude, especially towards food delivery riders. Many of us from Grab and Foodpanda are really pissed off with how he talks to us — like we owe him something. Did we owe you, bro? Why the constant rude tone? Why the unnecessary attitude? We’re just doing our jobs. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it happens too often. Management needs to step in and address this issue.
