Traveling by the red MRT line, alight at Admiralty station and walk over to Kampung Admiralty. Long John Silver's is located along the pathway towards the foyer of Kampung Admiralty. Long John Silver's has been in SG for a long time and had my meals at this franchise when I was younger. I have yet to give a food establishment such a rating but this is unacceptable. Restaurant feels stuffy, restaurant environment is dirty and with the amount of employees working sluggishly slow, food preparation is really lackluster. I planned to get breakfast and one should assume if a food establishment serves breakfast, they should get their restaurant ready for consumers before opening up their doors for business. The table I sat on was unexpectedly extremely filthy. Just look at the photos showing the alcohol wipe I used to clean the table, along with the timestamp of my order. Management of Long John Silver's should look into the restaurant ethics and sanitary conditions of each outlet by having regular inspections to avoid possible spread of diseases.

😓😰😨If you coming here and exprct air con condition. I suggest you goes elsewhere. This place is stuffy. Been awhile still not aircon. I wonder what happen to thier management???😶😱😓

Never received my 2pcs Soft-Boiled egggs then the Hot tea not hot...maybe they gave the cancel ordered ones. Spoil my morning mood!!! Not the first time i faced this issues🤦🏽♂️

They can be short-staffed at times so queue can build up during peak hours. They recently added self-ordering kiosks so that helps to alleviate the queue issue. Decent fast food at reasonable price.

Famous for seafood and fried Chicken. Love the fried and grilled Dory Salmon as well as the fried chicken with Fries. Spacious lounge aircond relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of Kumpang Admiralty with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Walking distance to Admiralty MRT and bus station with buses serving Woodlands Sembawang Yishun Khatib Canberra and long distance direct Express bus to Sengkang MRT Compass One and Tempines MRT bus interchange Tempines One. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

Standard dropped alot as compared to when they were in the late 80's. Fish batter is not fully cooked with the inside batter still moist and shrimp is not as crunchy as before. Worst is it's coleslaw with a total change of recipe...making it not appetizing at all.

Atmosphere: as a fast food restaurant, it is quite chill. Taste: this is very personal, but to me not bad. Will you come back again?—- YES! This is a great place for breakfast. Ordered double toast, wah, bigger than I am expecting. The toast is big in a bigger portion. If you are not eating a lot, suggest to just get single toast. Definitely a great place if your are done with traditional breakfast , or if char bee hun is not your style.

Newly launched donburi series I gotta say it’s nicely arranged and presented . I’m very satisfied with food quality and has been consistent with its utmost quality and impeccable service speed . Shop a bit stuffy that’s all .

Changing my review down to 1 star because the standard dropped a lot. Lousiest LJS experience ever. Placed an order for 1 meal, takeaway (order number 726) on 10 June 2023 at 11:17am. By the time I got my order it was 11:45am and even part of the order was wrong but it wasn't worth the time to go fix it. As I was leaving, majority of the restaurant consisted people waiting for orders instead of people actually eating. I was ahead of most of the crowd so I can't imagine what was taking so long. I politely asked to check on my order at one point, and the staff ignored me and continued chatting with her colleagues.

Visited on a weekday during breakfast time, order and pay using the auto-kiosk is fast and straightforward. From the number screen, can see that there are a few orders in front of mine. Waiting for about 5 mins for my order (pollock sandwich set). All the food was served hot and tasted good. As it is on the morning time, the dining area was comfortable. All the air-cons and fans are turned on.

Everytime come to Admiralty outlet the waiting time is super long, between 20 - 30 minutes. The staff should speed up the service and not always give priority to delivery orders. All in-store/takeaway customers should be treated with priority as well. Poor efficiency.

My friend and I went to Long John Silver for dinner.I had grilled chicken and rice and my friend had 3 pieces chicken. The 3 pieces chicken have subsided much in size as compared to our previous visits and the staff just told us that it’s in the package and there’s nothing they could do about it. It was just a disappointing experience for both of us.

The service improved, the cashier is faster now. But cleanliness still needs to improve. The food is as usual. I think the restaurant should introduce more greens in their menu.
