The food here are not up to the standard of other outlets. Have been a big fan of LJS but the food here doesn't make me crave it. Bought a few times but have never met my expectations. The malay service crew is very unfriendly and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for more crumbs.

Food is just your usual long John food but what gave it 5 stars is the service attitude. Instead of my usual fun toast, I gave Long John a try and to my surprise I love the vibe and energy coming from the staff. They perk up my morning and it’s amazing! Such positive energy channelling to me and I can’t complain, because I simply love it! Management reading this, keep up the good work! The other meaningless complaint is just human error and people makes mistakes and it’s ok!

food is okay. portion somewhat better than 1 year ago. Love the mashed potato The nacho cheese on the mashed potato is a weird combination though.. used the cheese for the chicken instead. Clam chowder yummm

A big thumbs up to their services. Wants to give compliments to them! I was not feeling well today and make a wrong order of a regular flavour fish which initially I want to get a spicy one. The staff was very nice and helped me to change without any asking. Very sorry that I fall my milo iced on the floor and caused problem to the staffs. They are very friendly to help me replace and clean it. Really really thanks to them!!!!!

Hope the management can do something about this branch. LJS is our family’s favorite fast food from years ago (we love to ring the bell!) but this branch is just bad. Tried it again with disappointment. Order came missing a piece of chicken. Add on dory was tiny and smaller than half a chicken. Missing sauces from truffle sharing set and was standing right in front of service crew and called out hello a few times and they just pretended they didn’t see me. The fish and chicken also all came cold and there’s a hair in the milo. It’s like Murphy’s law that everything went wrong here.

If I had check the reviews Before Stepping in I would have just avoided at all cost! Been ages since I eaten at LJS and guess it will be my last! Ordered the breakfast sandwich meal which is the only item I like in their entire menu. But the sandwich which had egg was filled with eggshells!!!! I am not talking about a small portion which I am ok to remove and continue but there is a crunch with every single bite as if the entire egg was cook with its shells on! Obviously the shells was probably drop into the egg bater but just simply no enthusiasm to remove it. A brand new set was changed but just spoilt the entire experience.

Would give 0stars if I could. Ordered 2× 2pc dory fish set, 1× spicy 1pc chicken 1pc pollock fish set, 1 clam chowder and 1 crazy potatoes. List that contributed to the negative review(supporting media attached): 1) Food was all cold and soggy, everything. From the fish to the fries and the chicken. Exception was the soup which was warm. 2) Fanta grape extremely watered down - in my brother's words, "it tastes more watered down than the drinks they serve in cookhouse" iykyk 3) not sure why but the potato slices in the crazy potatoes tasted stale, may be the storage or the oil but it tastes like 2-3 days old (definitely not a me issue cause even my siblings agreed and they eat junk as a lifestyle) 4) LJS is known for their batter bits but the one in this branch smears dirt on its name.. cooking was not up to par and only 1 tablespoon of batter was given. 5) spicy chicken was only half the size of my palm (see pic), how you expect a full grown guy to be satisfied with this meal, I have no idea... All in all, the LJS branch that was here a couple years ago was 10x better than whatever is standing here now. Best buy: Dasani drinking water P.s. the food does not look as good in the pics irl, I just have an OP camera phone

Poor service for the person handling food, grabfood delivery, and dine in, takeaway food was throw in a very rude manner they dont seem to treat the food with respect. 2 batch of people who had their food order after me who is dining in got their food and some other people who get their food already but order after me were takeaway. One of the worst, LJS outlet i ever visited. The person who is handling the food doesnt seems happy with her work. its the malay teenagers, in her mod twenties.

It's just getting bad to worst. Bought fish with shrimp meal n fish with chicken meal. Staff refused to give two tartar sauce even when purchased two fish sets. Worst of all both sets the batter were dark brown color so it's either they used recycle frying oil more than they should to save cost or over cooked which I doubted cos there's SOP for cooking. The fish just doesn't taste good. This outlet is the worst that I've visited among Woodlands area!

Tucked behind the Causeway Point, it is less crowded. The establishment is cleaner than the other North outlet. There was an assistant who would clean after diners left but he is no longer around. He was a great helper. LJS food in other outlets can be a hit & miss but so far this one is consistent. The porridge shown below has a good portion of salmon and fulfilling. It is not salty and palatable. I like the ambience and service is quite decent. At least one service staff responded when I greeted good morning the other day. F&B establishments are not easy to manage. So I could accept some pitfalls and give credit when credit is due.

Food was good. Nice and hot. However, not sure with the grumpy auntie at the counter. Passive aggressive. And the tables were mostly dirty. See attached photos.
