Ordered food at 3.40pm. received our order at 4.10pm. place was not even crowded. At 4pm I ask the counter staff and was only told not ready. Decided to stand in front the counter and only then they realize one of my food item was overlooked. When ready to collect not even a word of apology for the long wait by the staff.

Visited on 10 June 2026. Came with my family in the morning and ordered the Double Bacon Toast set, but honestly I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The hashbrown was cold and soggy even though it was morning, and the toast itself felt really plain. It wasn’t even toasted, just bread with butter. The bacon was way too salty too. Overall the breakfast set was a letdown, which is sad because it used to be really good. Not sure if this is just an outlet issue or if the standard has dropped everywhere. The interior still looks great and the service was fine. One more thing that bothered me was the survey on the receipt. It says you can redeem a free soup, but you can’t claim it on the same day. You have to come back another time, which feels inconvenient. I get that it might be a business decision, but it still doesn’t make much sense to me.

Ordered my food on grab 7.01pm, collected 7.56pm. They used to leave the food and people self pick-up, settle. Then they blocked off the pickup area and then my food was hidden there, I was unaware. Asked them and tried to talk to the lady who I think is the manager, didn’t respond and told everyone to just wait when they asked for their order, mind you, if you had seen my number you would have passed me my food in 10 minutes but no. So I ended up waiting for 45 mins just for my food to be sitting there the whole time. Slow service. 2 staff on the floor, 1 slow, the other think she the queen. LJS, please review your staff and if you can’t afford to hire new people or have more staff during peak hours, then just close down. Your food is great but your service genuinely sucks for this outlet.

Food is nice and served hot. Tucked away at Woods Square. Suitable for those who like simple food with a warm and quiet environment.

I logged a complaint about the food quality on 29 Sep according to the way taught by the manager but until now no reply at all from ur customer service. I tried to resend the email again but no reply. And then send the feedback via website but still no reply after more than 5 working days. Very disappointed to long John silver's.
