The place feels like the end of a hospital hallway. There's no service, they ask you to order via qr, even when there are staff behind the counter. Seems like the staff's job is to tell people to order via qr? Then why not take my order? This process adds a lot more time to the customer, while not reducing headcount so idk. Maybe have just 1 counter, when the queue is long people will naturally opt to order via qr. Efficient for everyone

I stopped coming here years back because they have a habit of “frying food in bulk” and then refry to customers purchasing. Its still happening again! And apparently the new fry is just gross; too much batter and its uncooked.

Can tell the crew are overly worked. They are exhausted. If the mgmt would implement self ordering kiosk, definitely will ease some of their load. I really pity the front counter crew, and the aircon seems not to be working. This put the kitchen crew a warm n uncomfortable working environment. The dinning area also felt stuffy. Basically the upper mgmt and the mall agent are not doing enough justice n work. I can Understand the crew agony, hence the avg service provided. Imagine you working in such environment with endless food riders pushing the orders, definitely is hard to give a warm service.

Not been eating for awhile. Surprise the chicken has gotten less than half the size it use to be. Now u need to order from the QR code unless u pay cash. Food still acceptable but not as worry as before.
