Very friendly smiley staff. Food was so so. Sad to watch staff rushing to complete incoming orders. Should manage better.

Food is ok but pity the staff because there were too many orders. Waited around 30 mins to get my food. Store should switch off grab orders during peak period because the kitchen cannot cope.

Their service is Too slow..Not sure if it is understaff...Food order online or walk in is so so slow. Had better other food option elsewhere.

The waiting time over here is ridiculously slow. Had to wait for 20mins for a simple porridge and a cup of coffee when there's no customers at all! I will definitely understand if the place was to be packed up however it was not so. Moreover the counter staff tall lady with specs and a slightly bigger size lady were rude and ignorant. They were more busy talking than working and packing orders. Definitely need to do something about this kind of workers.

During non peak hour with just a few customers the service is still slow. The counter staff refused to take orders when I approached him to place my order, even when he's free and not serving any customer. Bad dining experience during my first visit at LJS Pasir Ris.

Extremely smooth experience. Had no issues with the ordering, the food was done very fast and the place was decorated very nicely. The new mala flavour was really good too. Impressed with the LJS improvements recently.

Opened not too long ago. Went over the weekend and it wasn't crowded. Got my food pretty quickly. Staff are friendly too. It is also conveniently located at level 2 near the escalator. And yes, Long John Silver's is Halal.

Always loved ljs. First time at this outlet but food was ready within 5 minutes after ordering. Staffs seem to be really trying their best to deliver since it's a new outlet. Stay home to eat cup noodles if you're petty and can't wait a little more for nicer food. :-) Thank you and very happy!

Ordered through grabfood pick up option 30 mins beforehand. Reached there and was told my order was put on hold and they reissued a new order number and I was pushed back to the last in the queue. Waited another 20 mins physically at the store. Total 50 mins to get my order. Very bad service.

Most horrible long john silver eaten, even worse than when I grab from tampines. Waited 15 mins for my order and only got it when I asked. Fries were cold, chicken were mushy and the fried bits were soggy. Fried prawn and fish tasted weird and hard. Drink was super sweet. The dining area was quite dirty too even though its not crowded. Totally regretted eating here.
