I am writing to provide feedback regarding the dining environment at your Northpoint Yishun outlet. My family and I are regular patrons of your outlet and have breakfast there almost every Saturday and Sunday. We usually arrive at around 8.00 a.m., and over time your friendly and courteous staff have become familiar with us. We sincerely appreciate their warm hospitality and excellent service, which is one of the reasons we continue to visit. However, for the past few months, the dining area has been uncomfortably warm. It appears that the air-conditioning has not been functioning properly for a considerable period. The excessive heat has made it increasingly unpleasant to enjoy our meals. I raised this issue with your staff on several occasions. They explained that the central air-conditioning had not yet been switched on and that the secondary air-conditioning unit was faulty and awaiting repair. While I understand that equipment can occasionally fail, it is difficult to accept that such an issue has remained unresolved for months. As a customer, I would have expected this matter to receive prompt attention and be closely monitored by the management. The temperature inside the outlet is so warm that it feels more like an outdoor environment on a hot summer day than an air-conditioned restaurant. Unfortunately, this significantly affects the overall dining experience. If the repair or replacement of the air-conditioning system requires more time, I would encourage your management to consider interim measures, such as installing portable air coolers or high-capacity fans, to improve customer comfort. As a gesture of goodwill, you may also wish to consider offering promotional discounts while the issue remains unresolved. I am providing this feedback because I value your outlet and hope to continue supporting your business. However, if there is no noticeable improvement by my next visit, I will regrettably have to consider dining elsewhere, as a comfortable dining environment is a basic expectation. I would also find it difficult not to share my experience through an honest customer review. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I trust that the matter will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to seeing a significant improvement during my next visit.

Alaskan Pollock fish's batter not fully cooked, liquidy inside when peeled open. Chicken, shrimp and fries tasted good in general. Cafe Au Lait did not came with stirrer and sugar, and had to be requested. Female staff was kind enough to give me more crumbs when requested, which I appreciated. Table/Floor was dirty and did not looked to be wiped, seems to be understaffed because I saw staffs going into the kitchen, and out to the front counter, which could post hygiene issues. Seeing the recent outlet closures, I hope Long John Silver's in NorthPoint can improve its overall standard for the longevity of it.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I had in my life. The fish was raw, super oily and u can taste the fish was frozen and was left out for quite some time. The batter they used didn’t change cause my fish is super oily and it has a brown coating of oil. The fish taste super spoiled and the staff was just singing and not focused
