Do you feel like waiting close to 20mins and longer for your food while sitting in a sauna? Then LJS is the place for you. No Aircon, low and slow manpower, card payment system doesn't work, and the queue number TV screen is turned off.

Nice food, good service but why no air con !?! It’s a sauna inside.

I ordered the Combo Chicken Meal, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Both the chicken and fries were served cold, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite some time. I politely informed the cashier about the issue. I wasn’t even expecting compensation.I simply hoped the staff would acknowledge the problem. However, there wasn’t even a simple apology. Instead, the food was taken back to the kitchen and the exact same chicken and fries were re-fried and served back to me. Unfortunately, that only made things worse. The chicken became even drier and tougher inside, while the outside was soaked in oil. The fries were overly greasy as well. Re-frying old food doesn’t make it fresh, it just makes it oilier. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the food, but how the complaint was handled. A fresh replacement would have been the right solution, especially when the food was clearly served below standard. Instead, I left feeling like my feedback wasn’t taken seriously. This was a very disappointing experience, and certainly not the level of food quality or customer service I expected. I genuinely hope the management reviews how such situations are handled, because customers deserve fresh food and better service.

All the kiosks keep on having issues paying via card, wonder how they even make money where the first place to pay keeps faulting? End up have to select pay by cash at counter to make card payments.

The aircon in the mall was cooling. But the aircon in Long John Silver was not turned on. The whole place was very warm and stuffy. Only the fans were turned on at low-mid speed. They should place their dining tables and chairs outside the restaurant, in the mall to save on Air-Conditioning bills.
