Long John Silver’s remains a great choice when you’re looking for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price. The food is served hot and fresh, with crispy fish and sides that never disappoint. Portion sizes are decent for the price, making it a value-for-money option for a quick lunch or dinner. A reliable place to enjoy classic seafood favourites without breaking the bank.

Fish was much better than Bishan branch in terms of taste and freshness. Fries was worse than Bishan branch...

I have always like to dine in long john silver. This time I was absolutely disappointed and upset with paya lebar outlet. We ordered 2 sets and 1 of the meal was ice latte. When we flip the cover of the box, the drink without cover behind the flip, topple the latte, my hubby’s pant was all wet, the diners beside us all passed us tissue papers to let my hubby wipe as my drink was toppled. I went to the staff (indian man) at the counter, he had no empathy and the service really sucks. He told me no refill and I actually told him the reason as I never even drink 1 single drop. He is still quite insistent that i am unable to get a new cup. As it is a dine in so no cover and it became my fault that we topple it. After insisting, he refill using my existing cup unwillingly and told me no refill. I was so upset with this whole incident and I really feel is 1 cup of latte really worth the unhappiness. This had made me consider of not patronising long john silver anymore. Now i know why the business went downhill not like MacDonald.

This particular LJS is my favourite when I need some quiet me time,it is tucked in a corner just opposite the Paya Lebar MRT,perfect spot for those who needs to enjoy a quiet moment during lunch before returning to work and getting busy again. If you are looking for a cool place to chill,LJS Paya Lebar can be your spot too.

The spicy chicken was so dry and not delicious at all. Disappointed. The classic chicken was better. Fries were Not tasty when cold. LJS, you need to do better than that. The only consolation is the fast service, and that was because mine was the only order 😅
