Indoor is a huge oven. No air con. Staff not bother. Management never think about it? Just open for service with no Aircon. No fans provided.

Good to see that long John silver is back since they close down their outlet a few months back. The outlet is really small and squeezy. The 2 order machine is inside the already squeezy space and a few people queuing would means occupying almost the whole store. While there is a decently large outdoor space, it is not practical considered that we are in a tropical country.

yessssss! thank you who ever open back this branch in paya lebar near mrt, i just love to eat long john silver back, and it's return in paya lebar! great ✌🏼 so where ever i stop by potstop over rhere, i can n have my favorite fast food there.. thank you! 🤩🙌🏼

The new store is at & outside of Paya Lebar Square. Next to McDN near to the MRT entrance. It has seatings indoor and outdoor. There are only 2 ordering booth. Foods come out pretty quickly.

Taste is great but your Dory portions for this outlet have significantly shrunk. Either you’re running a franchise, procuring smaller sized portions for your dishes, or you’re outrightly maximising profits without delivering enough value. Not cool. Not another visit unless absolutely necessary

Bought the fried food set, surprised with their salty breading, the fish and chicken nugget form, and even more surprised that some of it are also spicy. Later on somehow decided to try their alacarte cajun chicken rice and lol, this is much nicer than any of their main menu please; rice and chicken is exceptionally moist and juicy! In any case, this branch looked quiet at first glance but once 6 pm hit, there was a queue of food delivery drivers on top of walk in customers.. if I'm not mistaken the bell (signs of food order coming) rang every 30 seconds.. there was only 1 person in the counter but she still serves/answers all the customers/delivery drivers nicely and courteously. Here's a breakdown of my experience: 👅 Taste: The food at Long John Silver's continues to deliver on its promise of great taste. The classic flavors that many of us have grown up loving remain intact, ensuring a satisfying meal for those who hold nostalgia and quality in high regard. 🍽️ Ambience: The interior seating capacity is somewhat limited, a challenge for those who prefer dining in. I was fortunate enough to secure a seat upon my arrival. The restaurant offers additional outdoor seating, which might seem appealing. However, it's worth noting that the outdoor area might not be the best choice during lunch hours due to inadequate shelter, making it uncomfortably warm. ⭐️ Service: The staff members are polite and courteous, a plus in any dining experience. However, the efficiency in food preparation noticeably lags, extending wait times by at least 15 minutes more than what I was accustomed to in the past. This delay was also evident in the serving of desserts, with an instance of receiving fully melted ice cream instead of its properly frozen state. Despite a request for a later serving, the issue wasn't adequately resolved, leading to a compromise on flavor choice. 💰 Price: One of the highlights of dining in at Long John Silver's Paya Lebar Square is the price point, which is significantly lower than what one would find when ordering online for delivery. This factor alone could be a compelling reason for those looking to enjoy their favorite meals without overstretching their budget. 🤔 Conclusion: My relationship with Long John Silver's is one that stretches back to childhood, making it a place of fond memories. Despite the few hitches in service and the limited indoor seating, I would recommend this outlet to those who happen to catch it on a good day, with food served promptly and the chance to dine indoors.

Fries is super hard and dry. Not the old crunchy long John fries anymore. :( I think they fried the fries too long. Dory fish doesn’t taste as good anymore. Just stick to the chicken next time.
