4-star for the services 1-star for the food I had the curry cheese chicken with Calarmari, pungent/ weird cheese smell and not enough too... The free ice-cream doesn't taste like $2++ it claims, taste like those free flow ice-cream at Chinese hotpot... very diluted and no taste ones...

I was excited to see one of my favorite fast food places from the states was here in Singapore. My excitement quickly disappeared though when my food finally arrived. This isn’t even close to what they serve back home. Seems like a different quality of seafood to begin with, then it’s horribly overcooked and soaked in grease. Threw most of it away.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were great! However I found my fish a bit too oily for my liking. And I needed more than a plastic fork to cut through it! I expected better.

will never patronise again. had our meal about 7pm two weeks ago. then after doing laundry went over needed to quickly use the washroom about 10pm oh the staff lady with long hair wear spectacles said it’s only for customers ya and ask me if “i order now i order food” . told her we were dining earlier on but even so thought the logic is ridiculous to not extend out to public even. in a world of nonsense we don’t need to dine at another nonsense chain with nonsense staffs

Still tasty over the years had my regular 3 piece chicken which was nicely breaded and a ton of crispy batter with fries still rather good service was quick as well.

Quite a quiet outlet. Easy to find seats even during peak weekday dinner time. Location is good as it's just beside the MRT station.

The young service guy at the counter wiped the area infront of him with his bare hands, then proceed to grab the utensils with the very same hands. Not sure if he is aware of hygiene in food industry 🤔 Food was not even warm

Food exceeded expectation. Rice was well cooked. Fish and chicken tasted fresh and the chilli crab sauce was not watered down. It was thick and yummy. Vegetables were fresh and crunchy. However, didnt like the milo.. It was diluted. Staff were friendly.

Ordered delivery. The Minute Maid orange juice I ordered as part of the set was merely ice water with orange coloring and a tiny bit of orange taste. Fries didn’t taste as normal long john fries too. Their salad is always quite worth it as the portion is big.
