The tray is dented upwards at the middle. What if the drink dropped? Dining environment and staffs seem okay. Came at 2pm, very few people. Fries seem lesser as compared to last time. Prices went up by $1-2. The dough for my dory was quite thick at some portion. If I'm paying more, i will expect the standard I'm receiving to be better.

Visited the fast food restaurant for dinner. Although the restaurant was quite full, there are still seats available. The fast food restaurant is tucked away at a cosy corner in Hougang Mall. The service of the staff is fast and the food is served within a short period of time. The fries and crisps are hot too! The fish is tasty and delicious! Overall, a good dining experience that satisfies the fish n chips cravings!

Love their piping hot meal as compared to other fast food chain. Regret to say, their Services crew lack of friendly, patience, stressful probably due to manning shortage. Your sauce dispensers, tomato n chilli need to wipe clean frequently check as it look messy, spillage n unsightly when cleanliness n hygiene aspect.

Breakfast got toast, eggs, porridge, salmon & soups... smooth coffee too... Lunch ; Dinner got rice, chicken, fish & crispy fries... tasty clam chowder too...

It's been 4 years I have not dine at Long John Silver's due to not many outlet they have and covid19. Wow... the size and taste of the food is still the same.

Small Long John Silver's outlet located at the basement of Hougang Mall. While I do appreciate the self order kiosks that have been installed, it seems the option for paying at the counter has been removed instead. I reckon the gear towards self order kiosks is to reduce the time and workload on the workers taking orders so there will be more people preparing the food. However, removing the cash method of payment is removing a vital option for some people who might only be able to pay in cash. I ordered the 2pcs chicken golden meal, the waiting time varies depending on when you order so sometimes it will be fast and sometimes it will be slow. The food was good and for the price of a meal, it's filling and cheaper than McDonalds. Overall, I'd say it's a good place to get a meal with the one setback being the pure digitization of payment method.

I really appreciate your staffs kind gesture for helping me replace my drink . Dasani was not available in app order form so I chose black tea . Staff was nice enough to replace with the original Dasani I wanted! Love u guys !! Ordered thru grab food. I was craving for ljs salmon platter and it's here yayyygot the salmon porridge too , topping is minced salmon along with a small chunk slice of salmon fillet 💕 yummm

The captain combo pic has salad included. But why I order it and received didn’t come with it . The staff Malay lady mentioned to me that only for pictures. Is okie with me that fine . When I tastes the fry chicken, is so hard & crispy chips is hard as well . Not recommended to come on this outlet. Is so difficult from last time . Getting lousy. Lousy level 5stars

It's my first time having LOng John Silver breakfast. Ordered the Breakfast platter with texas chicken and additional of chicken bacon. Total cost : $8.20. It comes with coffee/tea with the breakfast platter. The queue to order took about 20 to 25 mins and waiting time for food to be ready is another 20 to 25 mins. If you got the time to wait,you can give it a try. The platter consists of french toasts, one hash brown, texas chicken, bacon, omelette with red pepper and a cup of coffee or tea. The french toasts surprised me. It's crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Dipping it with the maple syrup taste wonderful. The Texas chicken tasted like BBQ chicken which is good. The bacon was such a disappointment. It's kind of soggy. Omelette tasted soso. It will be great if the hash brown is pipping hot.

To whom it may concern. Want to order and pay at the counter as I only have cash. This guy say his busy only can use machine. He look away and never allow me to purchase my meal. Pls advice. Super turn off!

Had to amend my review, it appears I made a mistake in my previous review. There WAS an option to pay in cash when you use the self checkout kiosk, I might have mistakenly missed it during my previous visit. I ordered the 2pcs chicken golden meal, the waiting time varies depending on when you order so sometimes it will be fast and sometimes it will be slow. The food was good and for the price of a meal, it's filling and cheaper than McDonalds. In my previous review, I was criticising that there was no cash payment method. But the method exists so I shall review this again with a good full stars. Good job Long John Silvers with the affordable food and good services during my visit to this outlet.

The least crowded place for having breakfast and it is more peaceful here. Ordering time shortened by using the self ordering kiosks and waiting time is shorter as there is no crowd. Food quality is good and served hot. This place is clean and organised. Counter staff are friendly and polite.

Very pleasantly surprised at how good, and cheap, our lunch here was. Ordering and paying at the kiosk was easy. We didn't have to wait long for our order, and the food was hot and fresh. We got dory and pollack to share, and we both preferred the dory. Coleslaw was great. The meal bundles are very affordable.

ordered food received it cold after an hour and thirty wait amazing !! as you can see no condensation btw soo i don’t even think the food was ever hot hahahhaha what a joke !

Food is not served warm and quite oily. The taste of oil is quite strong for the original flavour. The only saving grace is that the pallock fish was soft. Onion ring tasted alright but too overly fried. Food is ready at the counter but staff took quite awhile to serve to customer.

After a short craving for LJS, we finally came over to indulge - and was glad they accept paynow on their self checkout machine too 👍🏻 🍗 🐟 The chicken and fish deal is my go to, but the proteins were slightly disappointing as it doesn’t look super fresh on the outside at least. 🍟 the fries were definitely unlike before, as there were some inconsistency even in my own plate of fries - some too crispy like chips while some were okay. It is definitely a larger portion compared to other outlets though. The takeaway orders are surprising, it is a constant flow and the team has to place the orders on tables outside of the counter too 😅 Can consider returning if I’m in the area.
