Ordered 2 sets of fish, one is original and the other is Dory fish. The original fish the batter is hard, while the fish insider is not too dry but the french fries is hard which might have over cooked. The Dory fish batter is thick as well. The tomato pasta was the surprise dish of the day, not bad. Unfortunately the star of their dish is quite a let down.

Simple and small shop in Hillion Mall. Didn't have a good first experience as the staff were stressed with endless food orders. However, in my recent visit, even during peak hours, the staff still greeted and provided satisfactory service! Kudos to the team!

standard dropped a lot. used to love LJS for its unique crispy fries and the little bits of crisps but now the fries are regular, soggy and the crisps, as good as none…service is also very bad, staff looked unhappy af 😅 they don’t even serve, they just put the food there and expect u to check the receipt yourself yike

Food is ok. Please do not pack soup together with other stuffs as once it spills, other things are also affected. Need to look into the delivery containers. Plate is like paper, caps are loose (Drink, soup all spill out).

came on a wed night. 2 incredibly silly and slow girls manning the counter and causing a huge backlog of orders. was in a rush for my next appointment, waited for 15 minutes but my order (1 item) didnt come. they kept messing up and spilling food. suggest for a manager to pls ensure your staff are competent enough to man a fast food counter

Tried the truffle fries and soup. They forgot to provide any cutlery or tissues, but provided upon asking. Food was OK. Truffle fries were fried with regular oil and truffle flavoured dressing (in white) was spread on the fries. Not as good as truffle fries fries in truffle flavoured oil.

Ordered 2 sets of 3 pcs chicken, requested 10 packet chilli sauce, was only given 4 packet. Totally ignored my order request. Coleslaw ($3.20) portion was pathetic, only half cup. This is not my first time experience here. But i think today is a bit too much.

chicken still taste delicious and filling, tar tar sauce is on point. hated the sitting arrangement, too claustrophobic CHILLI SPICE IS GOOD TOO

Loved their classic dory and chips; the portion has always been quite big. This time round I ordered their new spicy chicken and dory. A little bit too crispy but loved the spices; seemed like they used cayenne pepper powder!

No way the portion is this small at this outlet. Went to other outlets the portion still acceptable. But this is quite ridiculous. Had asked the person serving the food but she was abit blur so didn’t bother talking bout it

Opening hours shows 7.30am but when I came at 7.40am staffs were still unprepared for orders. Ordered at 7.40am and there was roughly 7-8 orders before me. At 7.55am, none of the orders were sent out. Cashier said that they are having some system errors. At least inform the customers first before they take orders. I had to cancel my order without refund because i was getting late for my work. It was taking way too long for a fast food chain. Cashier did not even apologise or explain the situation properly. Just look confused and unprepared.

The seamless interface made it easy to select items, make modifications, and complete the transaction with minimal wait time. The newly renovated space exuded a modern and inviting atmosphere, creating a pleasant environment for customers to dine in. The addition of the self-service kiosks not only streamlined the ordering process but also contributed to a more organized and efficient operation overall. I appreciated the opportunity to take control of my order and found the experience to be both convenient and enjoyable. With the combination of the upgraded facilities and the introduction of self-service kiosk ordering, Long John Silver has certainly raised the bar in providing a top-notch dining experience. I look forward to returning to explore more of what Long John Silver has to offer and experiencing the continued improvements firsthand.
