Self queuing system was pretty straightforward, collection was quick and fuss free. I’d just like to feedback that it’d be nice if serviettes can be provided.

Worst experience. Keep trying to pay at the self kiosk but not successful. Went to pay at the counter also not successful. In the end told me to pay cash. And they even got my drink wrong.

Waited quite a while for my spicy chicken sandwich, not sure why, those queue no behind me already managed to collect their food liao but overall is still a good dining experience due to friendly and polite service by their manager. The chicken sandwich is also damn nice😋

Walked into a familiar Popeye fast food chain, discovered awesome fried chicken at the standard we’re used to. Tasty fried chicken that is crispy at the skin, steamy succulent and tender underneath 🤤 Ordered from the kiosk, and collect your food when you number is called. Staff are very friendly and helpful :)

Bad service staff, give 2 pieces small. Then the mash i order large but its like small size....the chicken is red! Undercooked. I have pics to proof

This has become my favorite fried chicken place. Food is juicy and super quickly served. Outlet almost never crowded and since it’s new, very clean.

Ordered tomyam chicken, chicken was tender and freshly cooked. Fries was good as well. Only downside was I added on the biscuit which was a lil hard. Overall this branch's Popeyes was worth the try.

When Woodleigh mall first opened, the standard of the fried chicken here was pretty good. So good that we came back again in the same week multiple times. But gradually, there's just no consistency that one would expect from a fast food joint. Some days the chicken will be nice and tender, other days overly fried and dry. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff are following the manual to the T or not, but this is telling that the Popeyes Management at the Woodleigh Mall outlet should do something (more). Also, I don't usually don't expect any form of service at a fast food outlet. But this one's got 1 🌟 for service on the following occasions: (1) When the cleaning lady told me to walk to another bin to throw my stuff just because she'd lined the bin with a new plastic bag 😑, and (2) when the Manager on duty said they CHARGE $0.30 extra for no ice. But if less ice, it's FOC???! Haha the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard... If all these loose ends are tied up, I'm sure this place deserves a much higher rating.

your kitchen helper made a mistake when my order was takeout!! As a supervisor/manager, instead of apology, you insisted it was dine in on receipt even when I pointed it out to you!! I patiently waited and you raised your voice at me!! Super rude!! Ya Packed the takeout reluctantly with no spoon/spork for mashed potato/stirrer /sugar for hot tea!! No chilli sauce/no napkins!! Good job! Will not patronize this outlet again!!

Love their fried chicken, tender juicy n crispy. Food serve fast for dine in but slow for take away. Very disappointed with my first time order for take away. I’ve order 1set 3pcs spicy chicken for my friend. Unfortunately when I reached home open up only 2pcs in the box! This is very unprofessional mistake. How I gonna claim back the 1pc chicken? I hope this won’t happened to others ppl. Means next time if I order 10set I got to open up and check 1 by 1 at the counter.

I remembered the biscuit was better than the one I ate here. The color was pale and the taste was dry. I like their fries but the chickens were too dry.
