Had a pretty disappointing experience at Terminal 1. I’d already ordered through the app, so there wasn’t much interaction needed. However, the girl working there didn’t acknowledge me at all when I collected my order. No greeting, no confirmation, not even a simple “here you go”. Her body language made it seem like she didn’t want to be there and that serving people was a hassle. I’m visiting Singapore for the first time, so this wasn’t exactly a great first impression. I get that working in customer service can be exhausting, especially if you’re the only one on shift. We’ve all had long days. But even when you’re knackered, it doesn’t cost anything to show a bit of basic respect to another person. No one should be made to feel like they’re a burden or like they owe someone something just for a simple interaction. I’m not expecting over the top service, just a bit of common courtesy and professionalism. Do better.

The stall next yo check in desk 1. I Stood for 10 mins and was completely ignored. One member or staff making coffee. The other in the back on their phone. Looked at me a number of times and continued to ignore me standing wanting to order. Went elsewhere. This is the only bad service we have had since arriving in singapore.

Disappointing experience. While the drink quality itself was ok but the service was very poor. Waited to order while the lady behind the counter just ignored us (mind you, we were the only customers standing there). We had to call out twice for her to acknowledge our presence. Brings a bad taste to the coffee we love to have in Malaysia. Please bring in a self order kiosk if barista is not willing to face customers.
