Visited Paris Baguette at Changi Airport Terminal 4 and had a pleasant experience. They offer a good variety of pastries, bread, cakes, and drinks, so there are plenty of options to choose from. The food was fresh and tasty, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite before a flight. The location is also very accessible, especially for travellers looking for something easy and satisfying. Overall, a great place for a quick meal or snack at the airport.

Its my first time dining here, thank you Mai & Hawa for the excellent service, the cafe latte was amazing. The food choices is great too! Love the varieties of coffees! Love the atmosphere too, best place to sit and relax, do some quiet work or reading. Will definitely come here again next time.

I had a wonderful experience here. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and were always happy to help with a smile. Great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

I am writing this review with disappointment after a very concerning experience at this outlet. While eating a sandwich purchased here, I bit into a sharp plastic fragment hidden inside the food. The object was hard and pointed enough to potentially cause injury, and I had to stop eating immediately. I have attached photos for reference. I understand that mistakes can happen in food preparation, but finding a foreign object like this in ready-to-eat food is unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. This could have caused real harm if swallowed. I hope the management will take this matter seriously, investigate the source of the contamination, and review quality control procedures to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I look forward to seeing responsible follow-up from the team, as customer safety should always come first.
