I’ve been a regular ZUS Coffee customer and usually get coffee here every week because I really enjoy the taste. Unfortunately, today’s coffee didn’t taste the same as usual. It was quite different from what I normally receive. Tasted bad. I informed the staff about it, and I really appreciate that they were kind enough to replace my drink. However, even the replacement still didn’t have the same taste and quality that I’m used to. Another thing I noticed was that the self-ordering terminal didn’t have an option for hot drinks, which was quite strange and a little inconvenient for today. I hope the team can look into the consistency of the coffee and the ordering system, as I’ve always enjoyed ZUS Coffee and would love to continue coming back for the same great quality.

I LOVE the outside lattes but please fill my drink to the top. I’m always missing a chunk of my drink when I receive it

Food portions are super tiny, not value for money at all. I am a small eater and I can grab the entire plate of fried rice with my one small hand. I ordered a Chilli Api fried rice (catered by Chilli Api) which was obviously microwaved before serving and costs me SGD6.90. I also ordered a Latte with oat milk which costs SGD5.80. This place is super noisy during lunchtime on weekdays so not ideal for conservations.

Food is cheaper but less varieties. Service is decent. Recommend to install a Display, sometimes the voice call might not be heard. Atmosphere is ok, Multiple PowerPoint installed. Suitable for those to charge. No views as it is located underground. Orientation is good for focus activities.

I love to come here for my coffee! If you don’t want to wait just use apps for pick up during peak hrs (morning/lunch). You save a lot of time. I love the ambience here and they have plug points. My fav is flavour americano with extra shot!
