Been their big fans since they came in Malaysia. So when I knew Singapore will also have their outlet and is at a place near my home, I AM SUPERRRRRRR HAPPY!!! ❤️❤️❤️ When I just start to dropby, customer queue is not that long. Guess their fans in Singapore is getting more and more. Never knew my order would take 15 minutes. Seriously, it's a weekend, and I could see their counter is full of order delivery haven't pick up. Nevertheless, Zus Coffee will always be my favorite wherever I go. Maybe gonna try Brunei's Zus Coffee next time. 😁😁

Fast and efficient service. I placed my order through the app before heading to the ZUS branch and received my beverages almost immediately upon arrival ~ no waiting time at all. It was a smooth and convenient experience, allowing us to enjoy our coffee and start our busy Monday morning on a positive note. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the convenience of ordering ahead.

Ordered online, it said that it was serving the number before me, cool. Waited around for over 10minutes and the number after me even collected first. Saw the staff packing orders for delivery and I was so confused. Only until I asked them about it then did they make it on the spot for me. I don’t want to assign blame but it was a really unpleasant experience waiting for a drink when there were no other customers ahead. Tbh coffee not that good either, even the SOE latte still tastes watered down compared to Luckin. Only pro is that they have tables

Nice place for a cuppa. However, I find that the Spanish coffee is too milky for my liking. And their Jasmine milk tea is basically jasmine milk with barely any taste of tea.

Really good cup.. was impressed by the quality and flavour. Had the kopitiam oat coffee and the price is pretty affordable too. Hope they open up more branches soon. Staff were friendly. Some seats available at the outlet too!
