Best fried chicken compared to other fast-food chains. Tender, juicy, fresh, and well-seasoned. I deducted one star because service was slow, seemingly from lack of staff. I would still come back for my fried chicken fix, ideally during non-peak hours.

Ordered tex wrap meal with the chicken meal. They only gave me the chicken and no wrap. Tried to call the hotline for refund but no response. Will not dine here anymore

Extremely poor service!! First time number was called said tenders was not ready yet. Never ever called my number again and I was standing there waiting for a good 20 mins and decided to check on the status of my tenders. So if I didnt check you will just casually decide to never give me my tenders???!!! And it wasnt even crowded when I was there...

The chicken in the wrap was so tough. Crisscut fries was not freshly fried. Mash potato was good. The butter sugar biscuit was good. Shrimp n squid burger not bad but patty is small. My number was called but food was not even ready.

Very noisy place to have a peaceful meal with their loud music and loud shouting by the crew.
