I ordered the Mont Blanc and the Ispahan, two of my favourite desserts. I think they did a pretty decent job with both considering it's hard to get the balance right. The only reason these two have a star deducted is because they are both a tad too sweet. Reducing the sweetness would definitely allow the taste of the chestnut as well as the beautiful combination within the Ispahan to shine through.

Nice new look in a shop rather than a booth that used to be on level 3. Service was top notch by staff on duty, patiently explaining to us available deals and crowd favourites. Despite that, cakes seem to be missing a certain taste that was found in the chocolate cakes last time. The literal cake is spongy and rather flaky to me.

First try for the Mango Yuzu Cake, and overall, the balance of yuzu and mango flavors was quite good. Without the mango yuzu compote layer, the cake would be too sweet, while the compote itself is very sour, so it’s best enjoyed together as a whole rather than tasting it layer by layer. Personally, I still prefer the old mango cake without the yuzu flavors, and I found the sweetness level of the original just right. We’ll try the other flavors again next time, as we know Rive Gauche is well known for its quality and taste.

Always a pleasant experience at this outlet! The staff here are very knowledgeable about their cakes and pastries — they really know their products well. I appreciated how they took the time to share recommendations based on what I was looking for, and their suggestions were spot on. Great service, friendly team, and consistently delicious treats. Highly recommended!

The tiramisu is super yummy! You can tell they put effort into it even the sticker and packaging are neatly done. Coffee taste is not too strong, just nice and balanced. Really enjoyed it! Staff well mannered and counter display is very neat .
