The Chicken Gyro just hits home and long gone while I was drawn away for its flavours. Chef Elvin do recommend to try on with shredded lamb with Mint yogurt sauce which I look forward to it in soonest future. Tried the second times, but only this time I go with the Lamb Gyros, Still makes me feel over the moon. Really appreciate of the effort provided by Chef Elvin and Mariam for your hospitality.

Had chicken kebabs at the promo price, tasty and warm, very satisfying. The Mala Mayo was especially delicious and they said it was made in house so I can’t go to the shops and buy some. Overall happy with our meal there.

Chicken’s flavor IS better than average, but price is way too high for its portion and quality. Not filling nor satiating at all. Don’t understand the point of the pita pocket - less ingredients for the same price as a kebab. Also, service is bland. They’re not rude, but just… purely functional. Something about the way the staff communicated that didn’t make me feel welcome or happy about eating there. If really feel like kebab, go for Stuff’d; won’t be that much of a diff, yet lower price. Stuffd style queue system to get your kebab. I had the pita(?) but the sauce could only be savoured at the last few bites as it trickled down due to gravity… sad. The place is quite small so it’s hard to get a seat if you’re with a big group.

The kebab was surprisingly nice. And their nachos are nice and warm, which they will fry only upon order. A little bit more cheese would be great. We had to ration the cheese as there were more nachos for the amount of cheese given. But the best is the mozzarella sticks, which come in sets of 3s or 5s. The stringy mozzarella is what you would like to have when ordering cheese sticks—loving it! Service is quick too. But, (yes, there's a but ;-)) the counter staff is a tad less warm and unwelcoming. A little smile would be nice (we know you're busy and tired), a welcoming face, and more communication, such as telling us to wait while they prepare the food or serve other customers, would be great. I was waiting at the counter, wondering if I should wait for the rest of my food or have a sit first. A little update would be nice. Otherwise, food is good and value for money.

Chain outlet selling kebabs, grain bowls, burritos, pita pockets and salads. Typically what you’d expect from this place. Quality of food was good for the price. Price point higher than Stuff’d but you have a dedicated seating area to enjoy your meal.

Totally not coming here again!! Came here on a Friday, 8/9/2023 at around 2.15 pm When I was giving my order, the stuff took it and everything was fine. When she started preparing the food. She did not wore any gloves or protective equipments. Did not even wash her hands before preparing the food... She grabbed the ingredients and condiments with her bare hands while preparing my food. What's worse. After she left the kebab to grill she used a wet cloth to wipe the table and proceeds to put said cloth on the wrapping foil for my kebab while it was grilling After my kebab was done grilling. She proceeded to handle it again without washing hands or wearing glove. Did not change the wrapping foil and just gave me my order like that. There is clearly not much cleanliness here as she also used the same cloth to wipe the storefront tables 🤮🤮🤮 Also she was touching her own hair and such with bare hands too.

I've eaten here four times and only enjoyed myself once. The first time I ate here the food was great which is why I came back three more time. The subsequent visits have been horrendous. The food ranges from tasteless to down right inedible. The hummus was disgusting. It tasted like they blended raw chickpeas with olive oil that was going to turn rancid. Their lamb is tougher than jerky. The chicken Tikka is tasteless. The pita bread is so stale it was like chewing cardboard. Also I ordered delivery once from them and they messed up my order.How this place hasn't closed down let alone has 4 stars is beyond me. Save your money and eat elsewhere because this place doesn't deserve your hard earned cash.

We visited the Funan outlet in December 2023 and were very pleased with the service provided by Ms. Marie and Ms. Yamuna. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and did it with a lovely smile. The price you pay is good value for money as the portions are pretty decent. Will be back to try your other dishes!

First visit to Kebab Faktory. I love lamb and was thrilled to see it on the menu. As it was my first time ordering a burrito, the staff was helpful as she recommended vegetables and sauces that goes well with lamb. Easily a go-to.place. Will patronize again the next time i drop by Funan.

Truly disgusting value and quality. Looks like someone picked up a roadkill although I ordered a salmon basmati rice bowl. Now I'm not sure if I ordered a vegan bowl or salmon bowl.

It’s my first time eaten here and Mdm Mariam was so friendly, polite and i get great customer service! Had a wonderful experience here. Food was delicious too. Felt warm and relaxed here. Will definitely come back again.

Chicken Grain Bowl is always my choice for a fullfilling Healthy meal! Love the sauce too, I always go with Garlic Sauce and Maya source or mint yogurt. 😋 Yummy~

I had a wonderful meal experience at Kebabs Faktory. I adore the cuisine, especially the fries, kebabs, chicken tikka. The ambience is pleasant and tidy. Mr. Alvin and Ms. Mariam, the staff, are incredibly kind, mindful of the requirements of their patrons, and have faces full of smiles. Even if it costs a lot, it is worthwhile. One condiment that scores highly is the faktory hot sauce. All in all, it's a fantastic dining. Thank you.
