I wish I’m joking, but this ‘premium’ beef steak set just costed me $40. It’s been awhile since I was robbed in broad daylight, this is definitely one of those times that got me feeling that way. Holyyy - where do I even begin…for $40, the meat portion given is pathetic. 1. The ‘premium’ steak tasted like your NTUC dollar steak that is on 40% discount because it has been sitting in the fridge for awhile. 2. The kimchi tasted weird and super dry as though it has been left out in the Sun before someone figured to bring it in for serving . 3. Sauces are limited and don’t even go well with the meat. 4. Services is almost non-existent. Waitress placed a bowl of ice and disappeared before I could even ask why. Perhaps it’s to douse the flame in case it goes out of control, but figured they wouldn’t have to worry about that given the substandard ‘lean meat’ that was served. All in all, I would prefer they pay me to eat this instead. Even then, I would think twice. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Had their Shokudo Set priced at $25.90. The overall taste was superb, with the beef tongue being the standout highlight. It was tender, flavorful, and paired really well with their signature sauce, which elevated the dish even further. Definitely a satisfying meal, and I would come back again for this. 🍱🥩

Beef is not fresh. Inconsistent freshness, don’t think they should serve grey meat? 2 set of this is almost $60 after service charge and gst 😭

I ordered the S$24.9 set menu and fired dumplings for table of two and it was a perfect amount. The set comes with three types of meats, a bowl of rice, kimchi and miso soup. You can order from QR on the table & pay online, or order at the cashier and pay upfront. Overall: good vibe, okay food, staffs are friendly.

You might be drawn by the budget-friendly price but the delight ends at the poster. The ramen I ordered was served lukewarm. The quality of the Chicken meat was not great. It certainly did not taste fresh. The prawn katsu that came with it was the last straw. Apart from the crunch that came from the panko crumb. I did not realize I was eating prawn. It hardly tasted like prawn. It was just some mushy mousse. We went after the lunch time peak period and the service was less than attentive and not very helpful or friendly. Thumbs down.
