My mom has patronised a couple times as she likes the pastries, but I’m always hearing that the staff’s attitude is bad. I understand that service work is tiring having been one, but if unprovoked, I think it’s unprofessional. Eye rolling at orders because you’d rather not serve a customer that simply orders a brownie (in an interesting package) is uncalled for. Business looks quiet enough already.

The lady at the counter was sweet but the pastries are cold and sweet to the point it’s burning in the back of my throat. The hot chocolate is very intense and lukewarm at best. Wayyy overpriced for quality.

one of the staff in front of the display was really rude and dismissive. the other staff at the counter was much kinder. we were only asking simple questions about the bakes but she was very snappy.

First visit. Pointed out to the staff there's a gnat(tiny insect) on a pastry, instead of shooing it away, she was waiting for me to make my selection! The gnat was then flying and settling on other pastries! No receipt given as well!
