I never give 5 star to any food I review cos I believe nothing is perfect. But I would rate their food 5 star in my heart. I love the lamb, tomahawk and short ribs. Always love to be there for this. No other place can do better than theirs even some Michelin rated restaurant. Their service is good, attentive and efficient. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Love this place! Strongly recommended for their Lamb, Tomahawk and Short ribs.

My colleagues and I came here for a meal and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. The set lunch was not too pricey for its location and quality, although prices had increased. I really like the food presentation. The oyster and scallops appetizers were good and beef and cod main courses were also good enough to say to myself - I will come again - and that mushroom looking thing...it's tiramisu !!

Went here treated by Jenius Connect, never expected to get a fancy and warm welcome having lunch here. I ordered tuna tataki, taste exquisite. The other ordered creamy soup which also taste exquisite. The best dish is the duck breast! The duck meat is so soft. Service is good, fast response.

Food and ambience was good. Servers were alert and pleasant. Sharing platter portions good for 6-7 people. Lamb and aged beef were tender although beef was a tad fatty. Drinks especially mango lychee was very nice. Overall a nice place for dinner.

Pros: Food is really good. I was pleasantly surprised by the oyster as a lot of restaurants in Singapore I go to can't even come close to how fresh Elfuego's oyster is! Super sweet and tasty. The snapper is perfectly cooked and very delicious as well. We booked for 14 pax and the staff was very nice to help us accommodate. They were very attentive and helpful, which we appreciated. We had the 19.90 weekday set lunch for 2-course meal. Very worth it! Cons: The portions of the food are smaller than usual (what you would expect at Collins la), but you pay what you get. No complaints here, just order more :)

I have never experienced good western food in halal restaurant but this is superb for a lunch break. I love the duck and the dessert. Simple and no frills. This is what I would want for a luxury lunch but with affordable prices. Service was definitely good Atmosphere and ambience was nice. Cosy, friendly and spacious. They make an effort in their design and seating arrangement. That doesn't mean cramping many patrons to earn more money.

I’ve walked past this restaurant several times but had never tried the food due to the sheer number of options in Jewel. I finally had a chance to do so yesterday with my Muslim friend and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food served. The salmon and sea bass were cooked beautifully; tender and moist inside. I’ve had overcooked salmon many times before and I got to say this branch of Collin’s got it right! The sauces accompanying the fish were also well-balanced and complimented the dishes well. We loved the wagyu beef croquette hot starter: tasty and crispy, perfect way to start our meal! Would definitely return again soon to try other dishes. Kudos to the chefs!

It exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was surprisingly delicious, with flavors that left me craving more. The presentation was impressive, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back for another delightful experience. Highly recommended!

Came here for a family dinner. It was not initially packed when we arrived at about 6pm but after 30mins, the place is packed full of customers. Food is good especially the salmon main dish. Ordered the tomahawk steak for sharing and they recommended medium rare doneness but the steak was below medium rare which was a disappointment. Good ambience which is great for dates and gatherings. Servings are well portioned and service is good.

Had a pleasant experience dining here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Manager was very understanding and helpful, gave us a table to dine in despite having other bookings made by other customers. It's a Saturday btw so we were very lucky to be able to dine in despite not having any booking made. Best to book beforehand in case you don't get a sit if you walk in. First time here btw, had been wanting to try out. Definitely will come again. Keep up the good work! Food was fantastic, pricey but definitely worth your every dollar.

Came for late lunch on a weekend. The place was quiet and the ambience was very cosy and conducive for extended conversations. The staff were attentive but unobtrusive and the food was well executed and quite creative. My companion remarked on the unusual combination of flavours and textures that made for a novel dining experience.

Had our date night at Elfuego and it was delightful. We were attended by Mira, who was very patient with our questions and her recommendations were tip top! Husband enjoyed his ribeye and pasta, we would definitely bring our relatives here next time.

I was expecting for a simple meal, but ended up surprised by an amazing today's dinner which we ordered 3 main courses and its best seller burnt cheese cake as recommended. I must say it was a very satisfying meal. Thanks to Mr. Muiz and his service and recommendations.

Decided to try this restaurant when I was in the vicinity.despite it being a fine dining restaurant,prices were affordable and food portions were more than expected. I had the barramundi while the wife had the steak.both were exceptionally well.the wait staff are pleasant incredibly attentive to our needs which were much appreciated.

This place does deserve its 5 star reviews! Thank you for making my mum’s birthday a special one. The steak was cooked well, with the right sauces to complement it, and the desserts were very pretty too. I enjoyed the chocolate cake, as well as their appetisers. Even the drinks were well-done. A really wonderful place for a special occasion. Props to the staff for the stellar service!

First time going there! Staff is welcoming and warm. Seated right away without reservations and gave us time to go through the menu. The food was nice and the steak had a smokey charred taste to it but not too much as it's not a steakhouse! So I gave it 4 out of 5 Seating was small and cozy but the waiter offered an extra sear to place my wife's bag on ,which was a nice touch.

Excellent food, attentive service and great atmosphere. Love their sharing mains. Chicken Cassarole is rich and creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. Order a side of toasted sourdough to mop up all the sauce. Beef Short Rib is fall off the bone tender.

Came here for a farewell lunch and we ordered their set lunch. Food was surprisingly good though portion is a little small. The cheesecake was really rich but best to share as it can get too jelat. Their ala carte menu is quite pricey but i wouldnt mind coming back for their lunch set again.

Had a lovely time here with my family for lunch! The food was halal, delicious, and visually appealing. Our server Farah was so polite and made sure that all of our requests were met. It was a wonderful dining experience!

Excellent service, and atmosphere. 4 stars because the price doesn't match up to the food quality or quantity. 𝗣𝗮𝗻-𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶: Each bite of the barramundi was a flavour explosion. However, a significant drawback was the portion size. For the price, the serving seemed rather modest. Moreover, the sauce compromised the integrity of the crispy skin, rendering it slightly soggy. 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲: While the chicken may not have reached the pinnacle of tenderness, what it lacked in tenderness, it compensated for in the rich and delightful Mushroom Ragout. 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱: While the ingredients were fresh, for the price, I expected a more flavorful and distinctive salad experience. In a city abundant with excellent salad options, this one fell short of standing out. 𝗦𝗮𝗸𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿: The oyster was served on a bed of pebbles, a unique aesthetic choice that, unfortunately, posed a practical challenge. The roes, often found themselves nestled among the pebbles, making it quite tricky to extract them without grappling with the pebbles, and impacting the overall dining experience.

Yes their dishes are super delicious ! It is a halal restaurant & they won several awards . A must eat restaurant if you are at the Jewel Changi. We ordered the set lunch & it turned out to be excellent ! A kinda served fine dining at the price of set lunch. It was presented well. The steak were cooked well to our expectations ; medium rare .The oyster appetiser are fresh . Barramundi were cooked well too. To me ; I will give 10/10 for their food, presentation, service & ambience. The staffs ; Ms Jacinta & a guy Mr Fikri were attentive & skilful. Hats off to the chefs . Worth eating here. Highly recommended . Glad to see a halal fine dining restaurant at the airport . Well done Elfuego by Collin’s

Enjoyed the food here. Had the tomahawk steak, fish, squid and fries. It was mostly nice, though feels a little over-priced for the food quality. Medium steak was almost a medium rare, so my parents were a little squirmish about it. The sauce of the fish was nice and buttery, but there seemed like there was a smell to it. I loved the squid, much more than I usually like squid. It was nice and tender and not too rubbery. Fries was nice and crisp too! Service was good, but the waitress recommended us sauces, we chose, but she forgot to get them for us. Maybe she was too busy, it’s ok. May go back again, but probably only if there are promotions.

We had a 18 pax team lunch at Elfuego and corresponded with Jacintha. The service was always met with a smile and the food was served on time even for such a big group. Quality of the food was great and everyone of us cleaned their plates! They also catered to our colleague's strict vegetarian needs. Kudos Elfuego!

A fantastic place to fill your belly and rest your legs. After a long search it Changi Airport finally Elfuego caught my attention whit its nice organized and well designed interior. Service it was super excellent (better then in many fancy restaurants ), Food was exceptionally, deliciously good . Lucky me I got a single table with a the HSBC Rain Vortex (largest interior waterfall on the world)and as bonus it was the waterfall light show too .

I've been to this place quite a few times with family and the food has always been 10/10. Service is top-notch as well! I'm impressed how the staff who takes our orders remembers who ordered what and sets the drinks and food down accordingly. Will continue being my restaurant of choice when I visit Jewel!

What an exceptional dining experience accompanied by absolutely delicious food and top tier service. Shoutout to Ms Jacinta and the rest of the team(really each of them exude professionalism). My mom who was very wary of trying out fish dishes due to her many unpleasant experiences, was recommended to try the pan roasted barramundi. It was out of this world. She fell in love it! Will be a returning customer, for sure! 😊👍🏻 Thank you so very much for making this a core memory for my mom.
