Really enjoyable experience here. Had the special 14 day aged ribeye - 500 grams. The broccolini was also tasty with some char taste. The pizza can have alittle more sauce and alittle more cheese. The fried cheese is also interesting. Will definitely be back.

Elfuego by COLLINS is a fantastic place to satisfy your craving for quality lamb. We ordered the Spanish Baby Lamb Ribs and the New Zealand Lamb Rump, and both were incredibly tender, with the meat practically falling off the bone. The Australian Premium Pasture-Fed Angus Ribeye was equally impressive—perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. We also enjoyed the Sakoshi Bay Oysters, served fresh with crushed ice and lemon, which made for a refreshing start to the meal. A special mention to Jacinta and the rest of the team for their warm, attentive, and excellent service. They truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done!

Went with a friend for weekday lunch. She had beef short ribs and I had the sharing portion of lamb. The meats were tender and tantalisingly flavourful. Would have preferred more garnish for the lamb but the roast lamb was a pleasant enough distraction from the few small potatoes and leaves. The Cinnamon (?) cocktail was really good too. Lovely ambience as it sits in Jewel Changi's Level 5. Staff were warm and candid in their recommendations.

My late partner and I have always loved eating here. The ambiance is nice and calming. The food is DE-LICK-CIOUS. But the real reason we keep coming back is because of one beautiful soul who welcomes us with open arms each time... Jacinta has always made it a point to make us feel like we're not just having a meal at a restaurant. She gives a service that goes above and beyond. She makes it a point to learn our preferences. She remembers our favorite dishes and even drinks. She gives us a warm smile and a light conversation that allows us to relax while we enjoy our meal. What's even more amazing is that she does this to all her customers. Effortlessly forming genuine connections with each of them. How often do you come across someone like that? The last time I came here was a year ago. I didn't realize that the restaurant just moved to a different location. I thought it closed for good. So when I found out it was still open, I got so excited. What made coming back even sweeter is seeing Jacinta. She still had that sweet welcoming aura. AND SHE REMEMBERED ME AND MY LATE PARTNER. No words could describe how great that felt. Thank you, Jacinta. I will definitely come back for the food, the drinks, and most of all to see you.
