Great place for afternoon tea. The second floor is less crowded, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet while you sit and relax. The croissants are nice and not too sweet, which makes them easy to enjoy without feeling heavy or overwhelmed by sugar.

Very disappointed by our meal, both in quality and quantity, we are still hungry but $57 SGD poorer. The two promotions displayed at the entrance can't be combined. The kids menu has only two options, not looking good. My portobello mushrooms salad was with regular brown mushrooms not portobello. The carbonara pasta is spicy and very small compared to the photo on the menu, and the meat inside of poor quality.

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my visit. As a paying customer dining at Paris Baguette, I requested a cup of warm water over the counter to prepare milk for my baby. To my surprise, the staff informed me that they do not provide warm water and asked me to get it from Level 1 instead. I found this response to be very disappointing and lacking in basic customer care. Providing a small cup of warm water for a baby is a simple request, especially for customers who are already dining in the restaurant. Rather than showing understanding or offering assistance, I was directed elsewhere, which was extremely inconvenient while caring for my baby. This was the worst service I have experienced at a restaurant. I hope Paris Baguette reviews its customer service standards and empowers its staff to show more empathy and flexibility, especially when it comes to requests involving infants.

Understaffed. Waited for more than 20mins for a drink they forgot to make until my husband had to ask. Was told food will be served but nope, the cook pressed the bell n told me from far to collect my own food which is fine. Just don’t over promise and under deliver. Its awful.

Pastry and cakes not up to expectations. Maybe it’s not to my liking. But if wanted to rest your feet then it’s a nice place to have a drink. Not fascinating. Maybe next time try their main menu and update again.
