BBQ Stingray was flavourful. Small is a snack-size for two people, and the medium is good for two hungry people. Portion is slightly small for the price.

One of the best homemade Sambals leaning to a more savoury than sweet kick - I like ! Ask for the stingray to be less “ overcooked “- ours came a little too cooked . But nonetheless still nice . Portion slightly small for 15.00 - could be better .

Stall owner is disrespectful and dishonest, eat at your own risk.

good selection of tze char, even though the menu might not be as extensive as the other stalls in the food center. cooked fresh and reasonable portions. service was also friendly. Meal for 5 pax comes up to abt $100++ depending on what seafood u get.

The food is good and reasonably priced. Ken is also nice and friendly. Their crabs are solid and not mushy. We are repeat customers and will recommend to our friends.

Nowadays there's lesser and lesser places serving lovely grilled stingray with sambal sauce. Especially in town if you are after some great beer going food and a lively hawker atmosphere. Guan Kee's stingray is fresh, juicy and the sambal is aromatic and flavourful. Edges of the stingray is grilled to a lovely char that you can actually eat up all the crispy bones. Serving portion is great and they serve the dish up with plenty of chinchalok. Old school charcoal fragrant and a must try. Only gripe is avoid weekends dinner time or you might have to wait up to an hour for your stringray

The BBQ stingray is very good. Grilled well. Inside is moist and juicy. The condiment complements the dish very well too. The sambal on top is a very generous serving and tasty. It is especially good for people who can't take spicy food. Personally, I wished it was just a little bit spicier. Maybe that's the Nonya stingray? Might have to try that next time. But overall, good stuff!

Place our order for sting ray, sambal sotong, fried rice, and kang kong. Everything came very quickly and piping hot! Sotong is very well seasoned and so tender. Sting ray portion huge and slathered with sambal. Kang kong portion is also huge. Will return again and reorder other stuff.
