⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wah, the Krispy Kreme at IMM really shiok lah! 🍩☕ Grabbed the Original Glazed with a hot coffee — super soft, sweet just nice, and perfect for a quick recharge. Great spot to chill before continuing the shopping marathon. Confirm will come back again one! 😋

"Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the extremely rude staff. Despite the store having a good selection of products, the poor customer service overshadowed the positives. Hopefully, the staff will receive training to improve their interactions with customers."

What a disappointment. Finally deciding to try after ignoring about 10 occasions before, should have just stayed away. Recommending all to do the same. This outlet is a cancer to the name of this establishment simply because of the infuriatingly shoddy service. Not even a turn of the machine to allow me to scan to pay at a cashless establishment, nor any smiles, warmth or regard to experience. Simply disrespectful and honestly felt rather uneducated, to be blunt.

The staff there are friendly and easygoing. Their customer service is good as well. Would love to buy krispy kreme donuts from them. I love the xmas tree theme donut and the original flavour donut!! 😋😋😋😋
