I asked if I could top up my green curry (gravy only).. I wanted to eat it with my daughter's leftover rice as it was yummy. I was rejected and they mentioned I have to pay for that extra bit of green curry even if its just the gravy. That just doesn't make sense. Sorry, not coming back anytime soon!

Not much crowd. Waited reasonably but was served cold chicken. So obvious it was fried some time ago and just left one side till it's damn cold. Staff didn't even bother to check before serving. They eventually offered to exchange but we were rushing for a class. Tell your management I want a refund for the chicken.

I should have read the reviews before deciding to dine here. Extremely poor taste of food. The easiest menu aglio olio was tasteless! Tasted sweet for no reason. The side chicken wings batter was tastless too. I could not wait to write this reviews even before I left the place. If you can't cook, don't scam people with tasteless food. Aglio olio prawn with 2pieces chicken drumlet side and a lime juice water for $15. Not worth it at all. Hawker center food nicer AVOID THIS PLACE.

I’m a fan of this chain’s Woodlands Health outlet, but the Civic Centre branch was a disappointment. The "crispy" fish in my Tom Yum noodles was served already submerged in the soup, making it completely soggy by the time it reached the table. The menu calls it 'crispy' fish, yet it's served soaking in soup unless you pay an extra $0.30 for a separate bowl. If you're selling a 'crispy' dish, the kitchen should serve it in a way that actually keeps it crispy without charging the customer extra for it. Additionally, my family member’s crispy chicken was unevenly cooked; some parts of the skin felt "steamed" rather than fried. Even the Thai Milk Tea was served in a plastic cup despite the menu showing a tall glass. The marketing is misleading. If customers are to be served in plastic cups (while dine-in), then your pictures and kiosks should reflect that. The promotional images show tall glasses, which don't match the reality of what we receive. Please ensure your visuals are an honest representation of the service. Management should look into standardizing quality and presentation across all outlets to match the high standards that I see at Woodlands Health. Truly disappointing experience, probably the last time I'm coming to this branch..
