Dear Paris Baguette , I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the cake I received through Grab delivery. Unfortunately, the cake arrived damaged, and this is not the first time I have experienced this issue. As a regular customer, I find it concerning that this continues to happen. It raises the question of whether sufficient care is taken when inspecting and packing cakes before they are handed over for delivery. Customers pay for products with the expectation that they will arrive in good condition. Receiving a damaged cake is unacceptable and diminishes the overall experience. While I understand that delivery may involve handling by third-party riders, proper packaging and quality checks before dispatch are equally important to help prevent such incidents. I hope Paris Baguette will investigate this matter, improve its packing procedures, and ensure greater care is taken to protect products during delivery. I would also appreciate an appropriate resolution regarding this order. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

Both Yogurty Blueberry Crunch and Yogurty Mango Crunch are refreshing treats, be it dine-in or grab n go😊😋 The balanced mix of creamy, tangy Greek yogurt and sweet fruit (blueberry filling and mango puree respectively), finished with caramelized sunflower and pumpkin seeds, garlic almonds and crunchy granola, delivers a delightful nutty crunch with tangy-sweet-savory notes😊😋 Also, can't go wrong with Iced Honey Milk - it's a creamy blend of silky milk with mild, aromatic honey sweetness...this soothing and refreshing drink is perfect for Singapore's humid weather😊😋

Purchased a few times at this outlet during lunch time, very friendly staff, the Indian ladies there we asked about some products and they replied us cheerfully. Thanks for making us feel very welcomed, especially my mother and aunt!

Ordered takeaway from Paris Baguette and had a really satisfying experience. The mushroom cream soup was rich and delicious, definitely a highlight. The sandwich was filling and well-balanced, and the cranberry bread stood out for its softness and subtle sweetness. Overall, a comforting and enjoyable meal — would order again.
