Terrible food. The meatball has a weird soapy taste. Cashier looked so glum and server didnt even pass me utensils??

Ordered a hot chocolate drink. Melting the chocolate buttons into the hot milk for your desired chocolatey taste. Not too bad.

It was an unfavourable experience at Pastamania Parkway Parade. The service was poor, with two men mending both the kitchen and the counter. They were curt, unfriendly, inflexible and came across uninterested in the roles they were set out to do. Whilst the ambience was welcoming, my two young kids and I will not be back there again.

Food standards’ consistency may not be up to expectation: Had the avocado and cheese sandwich twice on different occasions at this same outlet. The first time I had it, it was more filling (e.g. more avocado) than my second time. It felt like there was much lesser ingredients in the second time I had it - but overall still grateful that Pastamania has such a tie-up, which allows us the sandwich options (while our pasta friends eat what they like). Place is also relatively cold - the aircon did its job well. There’s a cordoned-off area of the restaurant as well, and is usually closed-off if the main seats are not taken.

Great service, but sandwiches are pricey and tastes okay. Had the salmon sandwich and it was alright. Would patronise since it’s the only healthier option in the area.

We had a good meal at this pasta branch last weekend. The menu is different from the normal PastaMania branches, with various sandwiches and basic selection of pasta to choose from. We were hunger stricken after waking up late, so we just quickly chose the Thai Seafood, chicken/mushroom and meatballs pasta; all with the drink/soup sets. Cosy environment overall, helped by the dim lighting and greenish decor. Quick service and satisfying brunch meal.

I had trouble placing order online with my Triple+ membership, and approached the staff for assistance. Xuan and Arfil rendered help by doing so at their end with voucher+points redemption. Thanks to them, my husband and I had a quick and tasty lunch!

Very fantastic service and the food tasted better than other outlets that we've been to. Actually had a shock after taking our first bite as it was super tasty. Huge thanks and shoutout to Chef Arfil and Uncle Larry for the quality service and great flavours offered to us!! Definitely coming back here again to find them! Highly recommend this outlet if you're gonna eat Pastamania!

We have tried many outlets but this was the special one... which the dishes were prepared by uncle Larry, the cook. He was quick to serve us the food, additionally with a warm-hearted smile. The pasta was super yummy. There's another staff that we observed was always on his feet to provide his best service. He's alone making us the coffee, preparing the soup and salad, then cleaning the table and mopping the floor. The restaurant management must be very proud to have them as their staff.

Food not good. The kids cream pasta is so sweet that my kid rejected it ( y do they add sugar to the pasta sauce ?) and cream cheese pasta does not taste good . Please improve o the pasta taste in general

Satisfied with the taste and quality of the food today. The spaghetti was al dente. Tomyam pasta was good too. Great atmosphere and suitable for large families with kids.

I recently visited the PastaMania at Parkway Parade for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, my order was still managed poorly. Not only was my order incorrect, but a food item was also missing altogether. I ordered Fusilli but was served with Spaghetti. Ordered set meals but set meal item was not served but pasta was served first. I had to remind the waiter that I ordered set meal before he started preparing my drinks, soup and garlic bread. The lack of attention to detail and accuracy was concerning, especially considering the relatively quiet atmosphere. It's disheartening to see such a basic mistake made when there was ample opportunity for the staff to ensure accuracy. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their attention to detail and customer service to prevent similar issues in the future.

Nice friendly staff and great pasta! Big and spacious dining area jus that next table has a pair of girls that talks non stop and wouldn’t start eating her pasta 🙄 Pasta taste nicer when it’s served hot and fresh 😩
