Disappointed with the food, taste and the presentation. The pasta was bland. Simply awful and the service was poor.Could be better.The honey chicken was the worse with diluted honey as if it was a gravy for the chicken not coated honey chicken.

The restaurant is not big but can sit up to 30 to 40 pax, nicely decorated that is cozy enough like by streets of an Italian village. We ordered... Cheddar Cheese Sticks which did not have that pulled cheese effect like a mozarella cheese stick but it is super delicious and creamy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Calamari was nicely seasoned, not hard or chewy. 👍👍👍👍👍 Chicken Minestrone Soup was a little too watered down, lacking in salt but still ok for me and as for the Garlic Bread is soft BUT, zero on the garlic flavour. 😒 Upsized Prawn Aglio Olio as we were sharing, fresh prawns, good heat from the chilli padi and not overly spicy and equally garlic flavour with paisley. Spagetti was well good cooked, al dente and not soggy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Meat Lover Pizza is the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, good crust and good packing of topping of meat products and cheese. 👍👍👍👍👍 The service crew was not as attentive and with recently wide used scan-QR-code-menu, they were more "casual" with diners. They almost forgot to serve our pizza and it was left on the counter for almost 5-7mins while they were prepping cutleries & napkins, chatting with each other on the other service counter/window. 😐

Went there with my friends at 2pm for lunch. Not crowded at all. Staff was patient to explain on free chicken wings upon some members Aug up. Orders was made online via QR code scan. Food wait was roughly 15 mins. No service charge only GST . Overall good experience dining here.

Always ordered via Grab delivery. Love the pizza especially the Hawaiian pizza. The crust is soft with juicy pineapple.

It takes 30 minutes to wait for a plate of pasta. After asking the service staff 4 times, the food is finally served, and the other one has to wait for 40 minutes. Only a few tables still need to wait that long

first of all, the snack set i got with the student meal was cheese sticks. 3 cheese sticks seem too little. 4 would be a reasonable amount. moreover, we waited for our food for 30 minutes and drinks for 45 minutes. we understand that there is shortage of manpower however we are still customers and it was not pleasant for us to wait for our food at least 30 minutes after ordering.

Service by Fiana is super as she as attentive and very thoughtful as she saw me with my kids during dinner. She also lessen the amount of ice in the drinks as she noted that it was better for kids not to take drinks that are too cold. Thank you for your excellent service!

We came to dine in on a minute of September at 8: 30pm and order our food at 8: 35pm.. we have waited almost 35 minutes for two orders.. We are disappointed with the lack o efficiency that the staff has in attending to our orders..

I give it 0 star for service. Negative if possible. I reached Pasta Mania Jem about 12:30pm. I tried to scan the table bar code to order but no matter how many times I use Apple Pay it dun work. I went to the counter to order but no one is at the counter. The guy server in spectacles just keep telling me to wait while he keep serving food, packing food for Food Panda delivery etc and back to serving food to tables. Just cannot be bother to take my order. Honestly, I would have left the restaurant if it’s not for my kid. I rang the counter bell and just got shouted to wait. There seems to be only 2 server. A lady and this rude guy. The lady was busy in front of the kitchen the whole time. Very disappointing service. Hated this place and really dun wan to come back if possible.

The food was quite nice, but I ordered something out of my spice range 😅 Overall, the service is also good, I asked a few questions and the staff managed to answer them without hesitation :)

This pasta restaurant seems worth a try, but there are some areas that need improvement. The taste of the pasta is quite good, but the service could be enhanced to improve the overall customer experience. Service friendly and helpful..

Request for cheese powder and salt. Was given in packets while I dine in Service not good cos she keep on asking anything else with her arrogant face and did not given chilli flakes at all. It was that at 845 and they are rushing for cleaning and closing.

I recently ordered from Pastamania at Jem and had a disappointing experience. While the pasta was decent, I was shocked at the portion of the soup for the price of $5. unnecessarily stingy. I hope they reconsider their portion sizes to ensure customers get value for their money.

Food is not up to standard. Calamari supposed to be Cajun flavour it tasteless. Service is Bad. Waited for my food for so long. The table beside me which came 15mins after me was served with the same food I ordered. Had to cancel the food.

Decent pasta and pizza at a reasonable price. The aglio olio pasta was very spicy. The pizza was just okay, while the cheese sticks tasted the best among the others. Ordering and payment were done through the QR code. There was minimal contact with staff, except for them bringing our food over. There were no greetings at the door whatsoever. Overall, you can’t complain about the services vs the price comparing to other options within the mall.

Order my food at 8.40pm but food only arrived at 9plus, seems like they busy packing takeaway/deliveries. When I finally receive my food I overheard staff saying, “why still so many customer,how to do closing, I want my OT la” and my carbonara don’t taste like they are up to standard. Even my kid doesn’t finish her food. Oh ya, also about child friendly. They don’t even have children utensils. Tell me only have this kid of plastic spoon which is dangerous for a 4yo.
