The moment I enter the mall, the smell of freshly baked cheese tarts is amazing. One of the staff also recommended the double fortune gift set promotion, which was a great deal.

Lawrence was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Despite running the shop entirely on his own, baking while also serving customers, he remained upbeat, professional, and genuinely welcoming. His positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made the experience memorable.

I had a wonderful experience at Hokkaido Bake Cheese Tart, Parkway. The staff ( Uncle )provided a warm and sincere welcome and was able to remember Our customers which is rare and very impressive. This level of attentiveness and hospitality truly elevates the brand experience.

Just bought 3 cheese tart from the Parkway Parade branch. Didn’t go for the buy5free1 promo as we can’t finish so many tarts in 2 days. In the end all 3 of our tarts mixed together, all the liquid cheese inside leaked all over the box/container. My point is, if customer choose not to buy 5+1. Then they’ll get crumbled cheese tart? As shop don have better way to package the cheese tart with lesser quantity like 3?

This afternoon a malay guy serve me with unpatiently, I just shove the feeling. I ordered 3 Durian tart, 1 Brownie & kept repeating I want 2 of Salted Egg tart. Tonight when I ate my share it was not Salted Egg and it's makes me angry coz I do not like Durian tart. He serve customer with attitude but got my order all wrong. Back track the 3 Durian tart my Hubby & my Daughter ate before me.
