Pasta mania has been around for quite a long time. I think they have improved a lot compared to the past, but there is room for more improvement. I hope they could adopt a similar concept like “Pasta Express”.

Went here because it had such good reviews, usually wouldn’t post bad reviews but the pasta was so bad. Could literally have got a frozen meal and re-heated it and it would have been better.

We came here after seeing the high reviews and tried cheese chicken salsiccia pasta and salted egg chicken pasta. While the staff were really nice and portions were generous, taste was average of the dishes we ordered.

Enjoyed our meal here. Came with family and young kids. Kids enjoyed the kids meal, which was very tasty and good value. Pizza and Sausage pasta in tomato sauce were delicious. Only the coffee was disappointing, very thin. Nice and friendly staff was a huge plus. Will come back!

Excellent service provided by the friendly and quick service staff auntie with short hair in specs. She doesn't have a name tag hence unable to write it in this compliment. Hard to find such proactive, initiative and friendly worker this days in F&B industry. Good job well done Auntie. Keep up your good work!!! Please show you appreciation for this staff. Went on Thursday 7pm and still managed to find seats. Love their pasta with lots of garlic! Banana choc pizza is great!! A new alternative for dessert. Service is also great!

Disappointed to see cheese sticks are smaller in size now and also waffle potatoes is served without cheese sauce. Prices have increased and quality has decreased. Another big time player in market not worth supporting.

Was reading through all the reviews, all the one star reviews mentioned poor service while the 5 stars mentioned raving reviews. Suspect all the 5 star reviews are all bots. Place is understaffed, myself I waited close to 40 mins for food to arrive when there are still empty seats in the shop. Staff was rude and can’t be bothered, just threw the plate and rushed back to counter. The place isn’t even big to begin with, don’t know what’s the rush when the kitchen can’t push the food out. 2 tables behind me haven’t gotten their food. Super terrible service
