Place at west mall is very hot. Aircon very weak. Can do better. Service is good. Uvarani is very familiar with the food menu and help us with our order swiftly. Very friendly and easy to communicate. Happy to be served by her.

Uvarani was very helpful when I asked her for suggestions about pasta. She is very friendly and kind. The cheesy garlic bread was bombzz

Overall delighted with the food & service given. Served by Uvarani AP Batumalai. A very courteous & polite lady with great product knowledge. Had the Choco Banana Brownie but it's not too my liking due to its sweetness. My daughter had Chicken Ham & Chicken Sausage baked rice, she enjoyed eating it.

Service 10/10. All staff working 7 May evening were amazing and sweet. Uvarani served as cashier and the filipino lady were very2 sweet. Food was good. Dining was cute. Wish aircon was colder but door was opened so s’ok. Thank you ladies for the delightful dinner. Kudos to team!

ordered upsized prawn aglio olio linguine but came with a portion same as the other 2 plates without upsized. Asked the staff and she insisted it was the other 2 plates that had been given extra pastas. She bought the plate to kitchen and came back with the same serving size without mentioning anything. I have been a regular at pastamania, be it dine in or delivery, and has ordered upsized everytime. The serving portion is significantly larger if you chose to upsize. This plate is obviously undersize yet nothing was done after sounding out. The upsized fee was already charged yet normal size was served. Mushroom soup was also very salty.
