Liked their food and milk tea. Their mango sticky rice was not bad either, though portion sizes were on the smaller size. The milk tea was flavourful and a little too sweet, but that's the way I like it, so not faulting them. Food portion was decent enough, especially with sides and drinks. While the food is generally good, I think the flavours are a little on the strong side (maybe a little added flavouring or something). Service is decent.

Nice food, quick and friendly service, and good value. Their chicken rice is pretty good (I prefer the roasted one - around $6) and so is the omelette. We recently tried the mixed vegetable red curry and it was quite tasty. I also tried their hotpot but I didn’t like it very much (and unsurprisingly you never see anyone ordering it).

First time trying Thai style chicken rice. Was pretty much satisfied with the variety that this restaurant serves. Ordered the roasted version though the signature was the white one. Yummy but wished the portion of the rice could be a little more. The red curry Chap Chye is a must order dish! The gravy was flavourful. Portion was just nice for two. Seafood Tom yum soup was nice with generous portion of ingredients such as mushrooms, prawn and squid.

Feeling hungry and with many shops still closed or price gouging, yes I am talking about those restaurant and eateries with a CNY menu only places, over this CNY period, decided to have a meal at Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice over at Vivocity. After a wait of about 20mins, a table was soon ready. Having filled out the order form while waiting, the food soon arrived at the table. The Fragrant Plain Chicken Rice arrived followed by the Prawn Omelette and the Half Chicken. The rice was good and definitely delicious and tasted like how the rice in chicken rice is supposed to be. The Steamed Hainanese Half Chicken though was a huge disappointment, The meat was dry and tasteless even with the copious amount of dipping into the provided sauce. Given that the parent shop in Bangkok has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand Thailand Award consecutively since 2018, it is disappointing to receive such poor quality chicken. The Prawn Omelette was delicious and with its succulent prawns and eggy goodness, it was yummy. Once again, the only favourable dish at a Thai Eatery in Singapore. The Steamed Seabass with Lime and Chili came next. The gravy was yummy but the Sea Bass flesh though yummy did not have the firmness required of a Steamed Fish, which makes this dish full of potential but for the Fish used. Tried placing the flavourless chicken meat into the gravy here and it helped to breathe a very minute bit of life into the chicken. Sadly, given the price point of the Sea Bass dish, one does feel ripped off. The quality of the food here has fallen a lot since it first opened years ago while the prices has been steadily climbing. Even though this place is at least deserving of 2 stars, but given only 1 star because when a shop fails at their own signature dish, something is very wrong. Overall, the quality of the food here are not deserving of the high prices and one can find better casual Thai Food dining options, and at a similar or very slightly lower price point, on the same floor less than 1 minute walk away. General Verdict: A Thai Chicken Rice shop that could not deliver on the Signature Chicken Dish of the restaurant while price gouging on common fish items like Sea Bass Opening Hours: Daily 11am-10pm Queue Situation: About 15mins to 20mins, no reservations Price: SG$20++ upwards per person Payment Mode: Cash and all Major Credit Cards (Physical and Paywave) Items Ordered: 1) Item: Fragrant Plain Chicken Rice Description: Yummy and tasted like how the rice in chicken rice is at least supposed to be Verdict: Good, Can Order Price: SG$1.50++ 2) Item: Steamed Hainanese Chicken - Half-Chicken Serving Description: It was dry and tasteless even with the copious amount of dipping into the provided sauce. Given that this is the shop's Signature Dish, it is a huge disappointment Verdict: Fail, Don't Waste Time nor Money Price: SG$17++ 3) Item: Prawn Omelette Description: Delicious dish filled with succulent prawns wrapped up in eggy heaven Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$10.80++ 4) Item: Steamed Seabass with Lime and Chili Description: The gravy was yummy but the Sea Bass flesh, though yummy did not have the firmness required of a Steamed Fish. A pleasant n welcome experience lunch over here though is crowded with diners, dishes are savoury and tasty. A little hiccups of delay for cereal prawns but overall satisfied. Probably will try the desserts next time round as too full to consume.

The chicken and rice is nice, but what had loss the star is due to the curry fish head. The chicken is soft and tender, very smooth to goes with fragrance chicken oil rice. The the curry is nice. It got the green curry taste. But the fish head I feels it's not so fresh, got the kinda fishy smell, cabbages needs to cook abit longer. After the meal when I put on my mask, I feel so uncomfortable, got fishy smell. Staffs was friendly and helpful, this comfort me.

Service is really bad. Not enough staff? May be! Wrong orders sent to table, missed order. Supposed to come with soup for the rice but didn't. Even after reminded, staff said they will but only 2 staffs working. Well I can see one staff came in later but she started making one cold drink for herself first instead of serving customers. Last until we finished the meal the soup never come

Located in B2 of Vivocity, this restaurant is walking distance when you exit the train station. I ordered the drumstick chicken rice ($6.50) with an unsweetened hot lemongrass drink. The quality of the chicken rice has regressed since I last had the same version. The rice lost its fragrance, and the quality of the sauce dropped too. In addition, the chicken rice no longer comes with complimentary soup. Overall price point is still reasonable, but given the quality drops, I personally won't recommend going for their signature chicken rice anymore.

Been dining here a few times. Came to dine again during Ramadan to break fast. Food were delicious. Still maintain the taste and standard. And I fall in love to the Bandung with Milk Tea. The taste was awesome! Last but not least, service was very good & staff were friendly too, especially Marlina. Thank you!🙏

We arrived at 8pm and was greeted by Jannie who was very kind enough to serve us with great service. There wasnt any queue in front of us. We ordered the classic roasted chicken rice, tom yam soup and crispy chicken rice, I think the roasted chicken rice is fairly normal, nothing fancy. Tom yam soup wasnt spicy, was kinda blend. But i must say that the crispy chicken rice was the best among the rest. Crispy chicken rice came with sweet chili sauce which is nice but i did requested for the normal chicken rice chili and the taste wasn't great. It wasnt spicy at all. Truly disappointing and to compare with NEX outlet it was so different. NEX chicken rice is so much nicer and tastier and the chilli very powerful! For those who want to eat at VIVOCITY outlet, please do not expect the chili to be nice. Service was outstanding however the expected michelin star food was not.

Surprisingly, everything was great! No queue during lunch and food was hot and freshly made. I had a bad experience here before but today was good! Give it another chance guys! P/s: They were honest in telling me that the santan sauce (mango sticky rice) was made wrongly. They added salt instead of sugar 😝😛 I wished I could try the new ones but I have dessert plans elsewhere. They were so caring to the point that they really wanted to correct their wrong. Their service recovery were fantastic! I will be back!

Went with another 2 friends , coz we enjoy Thai food. We order curry fish head and Thai shrimp rolls with lemongrass drink..Food was delicious and yummy.

Waited a little while for the staff to clear table but food is served very promptly. The steamed chicken is tender but the rice not very fragrant, the side dishes were pretty ok. The prawn roll not bad.

Probably it's just me, but i find the chicken rice that got Michelin star just so-so. Yes, chicken is tender, but everything else is just not flavorful, not fragrant enough, and not something I'd come back for more. I tried its spinach; it's hard to chew.

We were here for iftar and the staffs had been so welcoming and efficient. A male staff managed me and partner, along with other muslim customers to our tables and even prepared dates (a fruit for fasting). Our dishes were practically served after a few minutes of ordering. The service was tip top and the food was so delicious. I recommend eating at this outlet.

Efficient service, pleasant staff and GOOD food. Roasted chicken rice is my go-to order and when I am dining in with company, mango salad and omelette are must haves. Good portion and presentation. The taste is consistently good in all the outlets I have visited. Must try!

As delicious as in Bangkok, Thailand. If you are craving for Thai chicken rice, you can come to this place and taste its Thai delicacy. Their staffs are nice. The restaurant is clean.

The food is great, though I really wish they gave a side bowl of soup to go with their chicken rice. And the chilli could definitely be a bit spicier. But above all, I find myself always coming back because the service is great and the price is even better. Additionally, if I’m to recommend one thing from this place aside from its signature chicken rice, it’s the Red Ruby dessert — absolutely a need in our hot weather climate.
