Look, there are so few food options down in this part of the Docklands and Marrybrown was quick, cheap and easy. For $11 you get a chicken burger, chips and the worst post mix sprite ever. The burger was nice n spicy and the chips weren’t bad either. I wouldn’t seek Marrybrown out but it serves a purpose for a quick bite before the cinema.

I’ve always been a big fan of Marry Brown. The staff member working was amazing, I would give him a 5-star rating for his effort and attitude. However, this rating is directed at the store management. Having only one staff member run the entire operation on a Friday night at 7:00 pm is unacceptable. I waited almost 20 minutes for just two pieces of chicken that were already prepared, simply because the staff member had to juggle everything from making fries, packaging orders, and handling customers. This situation reflects poor management and unfair working conditions. The staff deserves better support.

An unexpected nice suprise in Docklands, was wanting a late night snack. Staff were friendly and food came reasonably fast despite ordering a lot of food. The fastness did not compromise on the quality though, the fried chicken and burgers were fresh, flavours balanced and overall tasted great. Would come here again.

Marrybrown Docklands has tasty food — the chicken was nice, well cooked, and full of flavour. When it arrived, it was fresh and satisfying, so no complaints about the quality of the food itself. The downside was the wait time, as there was only one person taking orders and serving, which made things a bit slow. It would definitely help if there were more staff during busy periods. Overall, good food, but service speed could be improved.

This branch of Marrybrown is consistently disappointing, unlike other locations in the city. They often mess up orders, and although they close at 9 pm, they stop serving customers as early as 8:30, which I can understand but still find inconvenient. Since I live in Docklands, sometimes I don’t want to go out, so I order through Uber Eats. On one occasion, instead of curry sauce, they gave me gravy. Just today, I ordered four sets, but the Uber driver only brought one bag, insisting all four sets were inside. She even told me to go to the store myself to collect the rest—defeating the whole purpose of ordering delivery. Anyone with common sense would realize four meals should come in a large bag or at least two bags. Although I received a refund from Uber, the experience was terrible. The fault lies with both the store and the driver, and I had no choice but to deal with the frustration. If a store can’t handle online orders properly, they shouldn’t be on the platform. Truly one of the worst services I’ve encountered. Edited I ordered again from Russell Street, and they manage orders really well by labeling the bags with names and 1/2, 2/2 so drivers don’t get confused. It’s a real shame about the Docklands Marry Brown
