Very dissapointed with the services especially with the 2 staff working at the counter around 6.30pm on 1 August 2026. I have requested for specific parts for my kid and they keep on saying they can’t do that. Worth noting that there are not many customers and there are still a lot of parts available. The way they refused is very unfriendly and not professional. Should have trained the staff better.

Very disappointed with my order. I found feathers still attached to the chicken, which is unacceptable and raises concerns about food preparation and quality control. This was unpleasant and made me lose confidence in the food. I hope the restaurant improves its hygiene and inspection standards. Finding feathers on cooked chicken is disgusting and completely unacceptable. This should never happen in food served to customers

I’m just left in awe. I never would’ve expected such a small underground business to be so incredibly kind and caring and serve food that really deserves to be in a Michelin star restaurant. Getting my number called out by the ai voice and walking up to collect my red plastic plate full of yum was one of the top experiences of my life. I will forever hold these memories in my heart. Piggybacking off of that the technology is so advanced compared to other fast foods. As you would usually have to listen carefully and get screamed at by the angry workers. However at marrybrown they are so kind and calm wanting you have the experience of a life time. Already planning my marrybrown themed birthday party! I stand with you MarryBrown✊❤️ McDonald’s walked so Marrybrown could run.

First time seeing and trying this. I don't like the taste of the potato and gravy here. The chicken was juicy and crispy but some bits were dry as well.

I appluad them for coming into the market. It is self order at the kiosk which gives you no options to remove item. I didn't want lettuce on my burger. I did ask them and that was taken care of. The burger itself was provided with a squirt of sauce on top and was rather chewy. The large fries are much smaller then McDonalds. A vibey place that can do better.
