My first time trying out Japanese cuisine. Great service and enjoyed the food! Not sure what to expect but I enjoyed the soup/broth. It’s quite flavourful and rich in taste and aroma. Overall, its not really my taste/liking but would recommend all to give it a try!

Came to takeaway some food, and was served promptly by the staff there. Food is also quite good considering this is halal. One of the top halal places out there. Came there another time and tried their matcha, which to be honest, was amazing. 10/10 will come back again

Broth is thick n flavoured, i tried the cheese ramen. My friend enjoyed the Don, she say is worth trying. Price is reasonable with good service. It is halal, so a good dining option with Muslim friends.

Hi there We were appalled at how your staff handled the service pick up. We sat near the kitchen and were shocked, witnessing the staff (captured in image with mask facing the camera) sneezed multiple time over our ramen and withdrew our cutleries from the holders with her bare hand touching the spoon head. Please revisit and review your Food Safety & Hygiene applications especially during peak period and I will not hesitate to share my findings with the relevant agency. Please take this opportunity to not only sustain good practices yet improve from within. Thank you

I ordered the unagi bento set. The unagi was cold in the centre. I shared this information with the waitress. The waitress took the bowl back into the kitchen and the chef reheated the unagi. After some time, one of the chefs came out to serve me the reheated unagi. I gave them feedback regarding the gyoza too. They were burnt (see photo). I did not ask for any refund or discount. I conclude that the chefs have little pride in their work. I found out that they have four chefs in the kitchen. The dinner crowd was not overly difficult to manage, there were sufficient empty tables (around 40%). I will not patronise this store or even consider their other outlets. I will not recommend their food to my friends or family.

Had dinner there with family. My 1st attempt on Japanese food. The taste was not bad at all. My other family members seemed to enjoy the food there. The food served was fast. The staffs were friendly. We were initiated to transfer to a more cosy corner for our family feast. Indeed felt like in a Japanese restaurant atmosphere there due to the interior deco.

Tried their Smoked Duck Ramen & Garlic Ramen, and I took the Garlic Ramen. For someone who prefers a stronger taste, this garlic is on the lite spectrum. Overall, the soup base is still tasty. One thing to note is that the service crew here is friendly and provide prompt service. This is also a halal restaurant that’s suitable for our Muslim community.

I ordered the Chicken Teppanyaki Sizzled Rice and was disappointed by the small quantity, which didn’t match the menu picture. Thankfully, the staff understood and gave an extra bowl of rice as compensation. The food was okay, with slightly sticky and dry rice, but the chicken was well-cooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience,definitely won’t be returning, but I appreciate their service.

Food is fine. But this outlet is seriously under staffed. There’s only one service crew receiving patrons and serving food to customers. There are alot of vacant seats inside but customers have up queuing due to the long waiting time. I waited 30mins with 2 queues in front of me. Dont get the wrong idea. This is not a negative comment. It is a feedback for improvements. Poor guy gotta run about and manage by himself. Management please get someone to help him.

Waited for 15mins just for a takeaway order even thou the restaurant is not busy as shown in the picture. Staffs was not attentive was standing at the entrance for ard 5mins before a staff slowly came forward from within the restaurant. Not been ask during ordering if i need cutlery therefore no cutlery set given need to request for it.

Unacceptable. Standing half an hour with 5 tables empty and only after my complaint she told us that she doesn’t know when will serve us.

Relatively good bowl of ramen. Get the spicy one bcos it’s a good spice. Portions are okay for the price. Service is quick and there’s plenty of sitting space during lunch time. Will try their different menu next time.
