The uncle that make drinks is kinda rude. Rude towards his own colleagues and very loud towards customers. Not expecting customer service but at least the uncle can lower his volume. You can hear him from the lobby shouting the drinks' names. And customers can't have peace eating their meals in the cafe. It's a clinic/hospital too.

Repeat visit. Not much F&B option here hence we chosen this, only store that sell rice (curry chicken rice). But this round their rendang chicken aren’t as delicious as previous. 😕 And, as always the counter uncle has a typical attitude 😠 Luckily we do not need to deal with him during ordering. Overall don’t expect customer service here because there is none. They won’t bother to ask if you wanna to upsize etc although their menu have a option, they will simply up your drink to the largest. Like I mentioned no customer service here —

Best Teh Halia C Kosong ever!!! Been here many times for the wonderful drinks (both Teh Halia and Kopi C Kosong) and the staffs are GREAT! The Uncle always greets me loudly and happily. And amazingly, he REMEMBERS my customized drinks (e.g. Teh Halia C Kosong… ~~~ looks how complicated it is 😆) The young female staffs like Ms Qiqi, are cheerful and very friendly as well The elder female staffs made great toasts and scrambled egg — I am addicted to the T2 😂 Best experience so far at Kopi & Tarts at Mount Elizabeth Novena 👍👍👍

Had the worst experience ever. They ran out of bread for kaya toast but had white bread. So when I ask if can replace the bread toasted bread for white bread, the person says no, unless I go in and spread it myself. I have patronize the establishment for a few times and it was okay, the food is mediocre and the portion is not satisfying for it price. But they will still get customer cause it's the one of the few eatery in the hospital.

If you want your food fast. Uncle was loud and fast in taking orders. Don't be offended. Try being faster than the uncle?

Nice quiet cafe to have your tea break with snacks n meals together with your local coffee/tea or drinks away from the maddening crowd. Located at the ground floor of the hospital just a short walk from the lift lobby n the Starbucks outlet (which is always packed n a mite too rowdy). Service is good, fast n polite with engaging staff n a jolly coffee uncle 👍. Prices are as per normal n the ambiance is comfortably restful n quiet as it’s tucked away in the corner of the hospital right next to the pharmacy.

Serves it's purposes to feed people without too much effort on anything else. No tissues to wipe your hands and mouth seems to be taking the cost cutting exercise a little far.

0 stars if I could. They take advantage of the sick and automatically up-charge for XXL sized drinks in any combo. You MUST specify small if you want a normal sized drink, but the drinks uncle will still yell at you, giving you takeaway, saying only 1 size possible, despite the menu stating otherwise. The 7/11 around the corner would be a better experience.

Came here few times for the chicken pie after my medical appointment. Really nice chicken pie. Drinks are but just average and could be better. Service level is average and don’t expect too much.

Simply no customer service.they will not survive if the hospital allows another eatery stall to be set up there.
