Mirza. It's all because of Mirza, the cashier today 20/7/2026 during lunch crowd. I actually have to delete my previous 5 star review because of my experience with the cashier today name Mirza during early lunch. Not even the crownder peak hour lunch yet and he is already heaty. The food is still good no complaints highly recommended. 100%. But we cannot say the same about Mirza. The cashier is the last person a customer interacts with before leaving, and unfortunately he left a very bad impression. Right from the start, grumpy Mirza attitude is not correct at all. But its a food court. I have no expectations. I eat, i go. When i attempt to picked up my plate, he took it back and told me to tap my card to pay rudely. But I was still fine. I ordered 3 plates. 1 of this Beef set and 2 of the Chicken set. When I looked at my receipt, I realised I had only been charged for 2 plates. I could have just walked away with all 3 plates and no one would have known but thats not right. Instead, I informed him politely that theres one plate that hadn't been charged and I want to pay for it. I thought he will appreciate my honesty. Instead of appreciating my honesty, he immediately became defensive and said, "I thought you said 2?" I calmly explained again that I had ordered 1 of this and 2 of the same. But he kept insisting that I only said 2. That's when I got annoyed and said, "What's there to argue about, Mirza? I'm just trying to pay you money. WHAT'S THERE TO ARGUE, MIRZA? There was no need to argue over a customer trying to correct an undercharge. I dotn even expect a sorry. I just want to pay and go eat my sheet! I am a regular at this branch before and the previous cashiers were always polite and pleasant. Unfortunately, Mirza's attitude came across as rude, defensive and unnecessarily argumentative. It's a shame because the food is genuinely good, but a BASIC customer service matters too. Hjh Maimunah restaurant has been serving delicious food with a very fair portion and fair price despite the inflation. And I appreciate the restaurant. But Mirza? I recommend Mirza to go for some basic course on how to interact with people.

Hjh Maimunah has always been one of our favourite places for Malay food. The beef rendang is our must-order every single time. Honestly, we have yet to find another rendang that beats it! We also had so much fun participating in the blind foil magnet giveaway. Since the magnets were randomly packed, we ended up visiting several Hjh Maimunah outlets just to complete the collection. The staff at the outlet we visited on 15/06 evening were so friendly and helpful, and thanks to them, we finally managed to collect all 6 magnets! Great food, great service, and a fun experience. Thank you so much, and may Hjh Maimunah continue to thrive and serve amazing food for many years to come.

Came for a Friday night dinner but was surprised by how much dishes they have remaining. Had the lemak nganka, asam pedas pari and 2 veg for $10.. good price for the amount of food you get, especially that it’s nasi padang. Service staff was really friendly too. Enjoyed my first experience here and will come back. Located at b3 foodcourt of City Square Mall.

Sedap lah, the food is very nice. The only thing I don't like about is the drink. It makes the whole dining experience drop by 2 stars. Here we are for the second time and ordered more food and drinks, beef rendang is nice. The blueberry longan is so much better with lesser artificial taste
