I had a great experience with Jolene and Sacha. Both were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. They were attentive to our needs and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Jolene and Sacha, for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Indonesian here. For my preference, It’s milder than Kenangan in Indonesia, and I love it! My latte so smooth and comforting. Order is also seamless

The frappes were made very badly, firstly the ice wasn’t blended sufficiently and the flavours just weren’t very nice. Although it’s a one for one deal for first time user downloading the app. The price pad for is not worth it. This Kenangan coffee is at the departure hall opposite Sukiya. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV): "...give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

We tried the Creamy Aren Latte and Spanish Latte and both were amazing. This place is next to United Airlines Bag Drop.
