Perhaps I got lucky because the service I received today was excellent. Coffee was average at best. Singapore has recently been welcoming many foreign coffee chains (Luckin, Kenangan, etc) so I decided to give it a try. Coffee could be more aromatic for this price point.

Felt very unwelcomed and the staffs the way they talk to you as though they owe me a living... Very slow service waited for 20 mins for my coffee and made the wrong order... If the management reads this comment pls get happy or sort out what is the short comings of your staff at Changi Airport... Very unprofessional and not the staffs that I met on the first day of its opening. 😞 Sucks

First Impressions: My first steps into Kenangan Coffee were met not with a welcoming smile, but with the chilling indifference of the barista staff. While 7-8 employees occupied the counter, their enthusiasm seemed reserved for somewhere offstage. One even resorted to an unprofessional gesture towards a colleague, painting a picture of workplace discontent that spilled over into the customer experience. Lack of Customer Focus: Asking a simple question felt like an unwelcome intrusion. My order was passed along as if it were a chore, not an opportunity to serve. Instead of a barista taking ownership, I witnessed a head nod of dismissal followed by my coffee's fate being outsourced to another staff member seemingly glued to a nearby corner. Missing Service Standards: Even after my beverage was prepared, the final insult came in the form of a forgotten tray. When it comes to service, even the fundamentals were MIA. Changi Airport prides itself on exceptional customer service, yet Kenangan Coffee feels like a forgotten footnote in this commitment to excellence. Recommendation: Unless you thrive on an atmosphere of apathy and a side of unprofessionalism, I'd suggest giving Kenangan Coffee a wide berth. Changi Airport has a wealth of other cafes eager to serve with a smile and genuine appreciation for your business.
