Had a great experience at Kenangan Coffee! I tried the Choc Pistachio Frappe, and it was surprisingly good, an interesting and unique flavor combination that really worked well. On top of that, the staff were so friendly and very receptive to requests. Definitely worth a visit!

The service provided by the barista was exceptional—kind, friendly, and communicative. Plus, the menu items and prices are very affordable for tourists.

Always love the coffee from Kenangan Coffee! ☕❤️ Ordered via Grab for pickup at the Jewel Changi outlet and left some specific instructions — the barista absolutely nailed it. Exactly how I wanted it! Also tried the new Sesame Latte and I LOVE it. 😍 Definitely getting it again. Great coffee and great attention to special requests. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff was busy with her phone for a good 10 minutes before attending to the mobile order. She was also not responsive to a customer standing at the counter obviously waiting to be served. Salted Caramel Macchiato barely has any taste of coffee and the Fraise Cold Brew is heavily watered down. This is not the type of establishment where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your drinks. There’re only 2 tables available and seats were without backrest. Considering the price of the drinks, I’d recommend Starbucks, Coffee Bean or the upcoming Arabica within Jewel or Zus at T1.

Fast service and yummy drinks. You can customised your drink, less sugar etc etc. Located at the corner. Nice place to chill. Limited seats but you can enjoy your drink at the wall table or seats near the waterfall. The staff, Fakhruli, who prepared our order is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
