I had a wonderful experience at the Kenangan Coffee Takashimaya outlet, and I just have to give a special shoutout to Miss Hui Ling. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Hui Ling greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and high energy. She was remarkably efficient, polite, and handled the queue with absolute grace. Her recommendation for the coffee was spot-on, and the drink was prepared to perfection—rich, smooth, and delicious! It's rare to come across service staff who are this attentive, fast, and friendly in a busy environment. Hui Ling’s outstanding customer service made my visit memorable and truly made my day. If you are visiting Kenangan Coffee at Takashimaya, you are in great hands with Hui Ling. Thank you for the incredible service! ❤️ I come back every single day during lunch just for her! She always suggests the absolute best drinks, and her top-notch service makes every visit such a comfortable, welcoming experience.

On 11 June 2026 at around 7:00 PM, i approached the cashier to purchase a drink. The Chinese lady at the counter responded with an unhappy expression and a rude tone when i asked for assistance. As a customer, i found this interaction disappointing and unacceptable. Due to her behaviour and lack of professionalism, i decided to leave the store without making a purchase. I hope management will look into this matter and remind staff of the importance of providing courteous and professional customer service at all times.

The largest coffee chain that beats S**bucks in Indonesia. Comes with a simple outlet in basement 2 Takashimaya. Friendly and super fast service. Coffee with palm sugar tastes light and surprisingly refreshing. Prices are also competitive. The Yuzu Tea and Passion Fruit tea drinks taste refreshing. But seating is cramped and very limited.

Kenangan Coffee located at Ngee Ann City Mall Basement 2. It serves mainly coffee and had a promotion for 2 coffees (black and latte) of different coffee beans. Ordered AMERICANO, SMALL ARCHIPELAGO RESERVE beans and other latte ACEH MAJESTIC beans. The coffee was okay. Preferred the latte coffee. Good coffee to try if feeling adventurous.
