We love the food here but there seems to be a problem with the management. Always run out of Tofu, Salad etc. We were there on Monday at 9pm and we were told that the Outlet is closed and not accepting any dine in. How bizarre is that? Where does it mention that there is no Dine in at 9pm?

Overall not a really good experience for the first timer. I enquired the staff for their best sellers and order the maki and ramen. The ramen taste is not as nice as expected, more like shin noodle + spicy + seafood which is not spectacular. However, it’s the maki that’s good with the juice from the beef!

Went there last Sunday evening. There wasn't busy. I ordered a 6 soy garlic chicken set with salted fries and a jajangmyeon with cutlet. Quite disappointed. The chicken wings and drumlets were very dry like it has been refried. The soy garlic sauce was tasting good but didn't help with the overall tasting experience. The Jajangmyeon was too soft, jajangmyeon sauce was not authentic and tasted a bit bland, towards a savoury taste and lack a hint of sweetness in a typical Korean jajangmyeon I had in Korea. The fries was probably the better taste of all, crispy but soft on the inside. Price is of an affordable level but probably taste from this outlet is lacking to be considered a decent Korean food stall.

Good korean fried chicken. Price is decent and set meal is quite worth it. We had their soy garlic chicken and it was very good. Overall good experience.

Visited at 11.10am one day after Pocha Korean street dinning (same building). This fast food chain really delivers - K pop chicken, Kimbap with beef & Seafood Mandu, all tasted fresh & really authentic! Total only S$24 with mineral water, good value for your money unlike Pocha!!! Will visit Jinjja whenever we crave Korean food. Highly recommended.

My second time came here and it’s better experience compared the first time when I’m here. The food being serve hot and it taste good. In the picture is WingsBap Combo in SoyGarlic it came with a fries add Egg for $1.30.The staff were polite however you do need to wait for a while for the food to be serve but it worth the wait.

I had bad experience with them yesterday (10th April) About to break fast and when my daughter open the packaging and saw the Mozarella Cheese Stick in black colour. My daughter was so shock and she thought that me and husband order the wrong food. My husband went back to the Northpoint outlet and inform the staff the mistake that they did. The Malay staff explain to my husband that this month they are using charcoal cheese stick. But why in the 1st place we are not been informed and there is no initiative in doing any refund at all. This is consider cheating!! There is no service recovery when the mistake been done by Jinjja staff. 8pcs of cheese stick that I order end up in the dustbin. They do not deserve to get even 1 star..No star at all.

Order all these for $30. Mozzarella sticks nicely fried. Fries with tteok quite a small portion and must mix well before eating cause the sauce is at the bottom. Beef bulgogi gimbap is the must order, simple yet hearty. 12 pieces of wings (soy garlic and yangnyeom), crispy and well coated! Their wings are pretty good and not dry.

Best place to eat with friends!! There’s some great offers such as student set meal (consist of food+fries+soda) which is a bonus! :) Their bimbimbap is also super delicious, worth to try many times! For the price, its around $6.90 to $12 (student meal)

Worst Korean Chicken Wings I have ever tasted. Little meat and super dry like bak kwa. Wanted to order 6 pcs and the cashier recommended taking 12 pcs for an extra 2 dollars. For this kind of food. No wonder it is under discount. I have bought from this store since its first launch. It was good. Sadly, I won't patronise again after this meal.

Jjampong was ok, the soup and ingredients were nice but the noodles tasted like instant noodles. Tteokbokki was very worth it and good for the price.

Looks quite not bad. Just that the fried chickens are a bit oily and quite big you need good teeth.Prefer if cut into small pieces. The noodles are ok with tebboki just that the tebokki a bit hard .So far sauce is savoury and sweet . The price is round 18 bucks to 20 plus delivery and can eat for single to two persons. Ordered a soy garlic sauce on top though for added taste.

The outlet at Northpoint Kimbap smell very bad and is like starch food. I eat and just can’t swallow as the Kimbap taste sour. How can the branch serve such food to customer. I will get food poisoning if I eat it and get sick. Don’t need I will dare to order food here anymore.

Good food, comfy and flavorful..tried the 2 in 1 spicy seafood soup noodles(jjampong) and black bean paste noodles(jjajangmyeon). Soy garlic drumstick rice set, teobokki fries.

First time trying Jinjja Chicken. Overall positive experience. Service is warm and helpful. The wait for food isn't long. Wings and Fries are tasty. Sauce for the chicken isn't overwhelming. Outlet located at Level 1 near Northpoint old wing. Place is small though, so might b crowded during peak hours.

The chicken wing was slightly overcooked and excessively seasoned with salt. However, the fries were satisfactory. The cashier demonstrated friendliness and patience while assisting with the scanning of the order from the Samsung voucher. The establishment was clean and well-maintained.

This was my 1st time patronising JinJja Chicken. I do not experience the wow factor that would make me patronising it in th3 near future. The chicken wings and drumlets were over fried and dry. If not for the sauce, it would be challenging to eat. The fries a hit-or-miss. The rest of the food are ok. Overall, nothing to shout about.
