Had dinner here on a sunday evening. It was quiet at first but then after we ordered it got quite busy. But the staffs were calm and collected. Big thanks to AISHAH, ROY & SALLY! You guys are great and we shall see you soon! Keep up the good work and thank you!

The staff was great. They were patient when they explain the dishes & recommendation. Though the dine in area was small, it was good enough for ever moving customers. The staff serving me today were Yusra, Andrew and Roy they know their products well. The food were well prepared and the place was well managed. I ordered Rabokki dine in and later take away Jinja chicken for my family.

We ordered the K-pop chicken with soy garlic and it was nice. The Tteokbokki fries could have been better by adding more tteokbokki and fries had over burnt . The Kimchi rice was very dry and not flavourful and they could have an option to add meat . The staff Misnah was service oriented and kind. She offered to help us customise our ala cart ordered into a meal to make it cost efficient. Cheese stick tasty.Drinks are fine. Overall we are statisfied and will return back.

First time at Jinjja chicken @nex.Wanted to try the food but was always crowded at peak hours.I was served by Roy & Sally.They are very friendly & helpful.Great food & service.Thumbs up👍

Nice K-Mala and Monster chicken from Jinjja Chicken, Nex Mall (Jinjja in Korean = Really or Actually). It is founded by Bernard Tay from Singapore in 2015 with its first outlet at Bugis Street and has since been moved to Bugis Plus on 11th June 2022. It has a total of 7 outlets island wide in Singapore with the other 5 outlets at Jewel Changi, Westgate, Northpoint, Clementi Mall and Sengkang Grand Mall and 2 in KL, Malaysia at Sunway Pyramid and The Garden Mall, Mid Valley and one in Indonesia at Tiara Convention Centre Medan. Wishing all Singapore businesses will move outwards to every part of the world by flying the Singapore's 🇸🇬 flag high !!! 加油 !!!

Staff very friendly, food is good too! Got their Chicken Burger and Jjajangmyeon. Added an additional soy chicken patty for both dishes. It worked well with the jjajangmyeon dish but it made the burger too salty.

Love the food here! The outlet is quite small and limited seating. Some customers were hogging the space. Thankfully the staff came to clear tables and help to ask the staff to leave. Staff were friendly too

One of my favourite Korean fried chicken! Love the soy garlic best, followed by the slightly spicy yangnyeom flavour! Staff at NEX was super friendly and patient, allowing us to decide and even make good recommendations for us! 👍👍👍

Great service 👍🏻 and good food. I’ve tried their Kimchi Tofu burger, non meat eater should try it! 👍🏻 Hopefully they have more vegan options and management should try to get a bigger space to operate.

The service provided by Aisyah and Andrew is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and helping customers with their recommendations. The food tastes very delicious and it satisfies my craving for Korean chicken!

During my first time order, staff was very patiently wait and answered my question. The fried chicken taste delicious, crunchy and coated with tasty rich flavour sauce😋 I am a fan of Jinjja chicken wings and drumsticks, visited this branch for more than 5 times. Oh ya... they provide gloves. But care for our environmental, use wisely.

So this was my first time at this place ... and I'm personally not very familiar with Korean food except the ones I see on K-Drama ... so I had my doubts and the Staff was really sweet to help me understand what is what ... five stars for the service ... We ordered a meal with fried chicken and Tofu salad ... I didn't taste the chicken but it looked scrumptious... and my hub was ravinggggg about it ,only wish they had a plantbased version of it ! Anyway the salad was really yum and refreshing , the fries were a lil extra extra on sea weed , but understandable ! The only downside was the seating , it could ve been better , the tables were not the cleanest ! and it would mean a lot if there were more plantbased options ... I would definitely go back ... HIGHLY recommend!

Ordered the 10 piece fried chicken on promo. Two flavor, soy garlic and the mild spicy flavor. Both were rather good. However , the batter on the chicken seems too thick. It may take some effort to bite and can get a bit tired if one was eating a number of piece in one go. Waiting time was near to minimal. It took less than 5 min during weekday dinner time.

Had late lunch at nex jinjja chicken. Food is good, large servings so can't finish. Gonna pack leftover to go. Service is quick as mostly automated. Ambience is nice and kept very clean. Ladies serving were attentive. Keep up the great atmosphere. Cheers😁

Service was generally good even though the lady missed out on my side for the combo meal haha and I had to remind her about it. But small things like this happen sometimes so I don't blame her. Had Beef Random. Sauce and noodles were good but I wasn't very happy with the beef cuts. Some of the beef cubes were alright but some were too tough too chew. My aunt also didn't finish some of her beef. This makes the entire meal super not worth the price. Maybe the wings are more worth it, value and taste wise? 1 x beef ramdon combo meal and 1 x beef ramdon ala carte = 26.20 It's not the chef's fault. Would say it's the procurement of the beef that's the issue. Hope y'all can look into that.

Takeaway few boxes of korea wings for factory staffs. Very nice the sauce. Value pricing 10.90 for 12 pcs. 😍

It is a fast food restaurant. The chicken wings tasted mainly of the sauce. I had the spicy sauce which was good. The coconut rice of nasi lemak tasted good. Nasi lemak portion was a bit small but enough for me.
